Incredible location! The building felt safe and secure. The apartment had all available amenities and was well furnished. A few minor maintenance issues need to be addressed like tightening some screws on things for safety but all in all we would come back to stay there again

Visiting UK

Clear and prompt communication with the property manager. Check-in was easy. There were a number of good dining options within a short walk. Unit was beautiful, clean, and the views from it were great. We will stay here again.

Nice Place!

Very Clean, great view and walking distance to everything downtown. My husband and I and another couple came in to explore the bourbon trail. We started in Louisville and ended in Lexington. Great place to end our week. fyi: we had a note to leave the dishes in the sink. The dishwasher appeared to have a problem with the door closing properly. We needed to wash our dishes. No big deal for us, just putting it out there. The DW may be fixed at this point.

Condo Close to Downtown

This condo is in a prime location if you are looking to walk to restaurants and bars. It's clean and fresh! Only drawback was we had some trouble with the key pads and code system intermittently which was frustrating at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again.

Very nice!

Bright, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Bed mattresses are very important to us and these were very comfortable! Location is near to concert venues and great walkable areas and restaurants. Very happy with our stay! We will be back!

Perfect for our university visit

My husband and I and our oldest stayed at 175 lex and everything was perfect. Claire, our host, was very attentive and we even got to check in a bit early. Very clean and great location!!

Perfect spot

This rental property was in the perfect location. There was a lot to do around there and walking distance. We were able to walk to dinner and the Rupp Arena for a concert. The property owner’s communication was great and easy to follow. The place was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Check out was super simple too.

Apartment is "as advertised," with great views, but if you're not accustomed to overnight inner-city street noise, this may not be the place for you.

Kentucky Horse Show

Attending the horse show. Great 2 bedroom apartment in secure bldg. only issue is parking. Need to park in paid parking lots or on street pay parking. Close to great restaurants.

We were in town for a horse festival (Breyerfest) and this condo worked out great. Clear instructions on how to access room.
