Inside the Private Ladera Vista Gates you will find my solely owned, Quaint, spacious and newly updated 1,500 sq.ft. 2 bed, 2BA, 1 office, dual patio condo in the coveted heart of North Scottsdale. A quiet, un congested complex that is peaceful, full of parking and within walking distance to all the essentials. Amenities include gated private pool & jacuzzi with panoramic views of the McDowell Mountains. Close access to major freeways, walking distance to Groceries, Spas, Pharmacies, Smoothie Bars, Bike Rental, CHIPOTLE, Post Office and restaurants. It is a mile off the valleys Loop 101 Freeway making commutes to Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Quarter Strip Mall, Scottsdale Pavilions, Desert Ridge Mall, TPC Golf Course (PHX OPEN) and an index of fine dining no more than 5-15 mins drive. At The base of the majestic McDowell Mountains, enjoy hiking trails, biking paths and fresh air in an avg. 75 degrees sunny climate. I bought this condo for it's scenery, impeccably convenient location and peaceful vibe to all things an active individual enjoys and out of every place I have lived as an adult (including San Diego), this is by far my favorite home.

Condo has (4) mounted TVs for entertainment including a large 70” in the living room. a cozy 32” on the large patio. and 50” & 42” tvs in master & guestroom. Don’t miss a beat of Super Bowl Sunday or Binge away on it's smart TV capabilities. The condo has wall-to-wall 999 MBPS Internet Speeds (Cox Gigablast) so rest assured, all streaming and electronic devices will be fully juiced for all your work and play needs.

My Large Patio connnects to both the master bedroom and living and is backed up to a peacefully quiet desert ravine. Enjoy outdoor television, coffee, happy hour, reading comfortably or get in some cardio on my stationary cycle.

Surrounded by TPC Phoenix Open & McDowell Mountain Ranch Golf Clubs. 25-30 minutes from State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl). 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale's rich nightlife... this condo is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy one of the most coveted locations in the valley in it's finest season.

I will allow a few guests for the super Bowl, PHX Open, etc... on top of the maximum (5) guests that will be staying. But No rowdy parties. この宿泊施設の特徴

My favorite thing about living in this condo is the ability to get up and go walk to the 2 large shopping plazas across the street for a smoothie, massage, groceries...or hit the road and be at anywhere I need to frequent in under 20 minutes. If you like golf...this is prime.. The condo is so close to TPC you will be seeing parking signs and arrows directing you to the Phoenix Open just outside my condo gates. If you like fine dining or shopping... you can be at any store or mall in a zip. Catch a Suns game.. downtown phoenix is 35 mins away.
