The condominium was very well done, comfortable, clean and looked sharp. The location was also very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Old Town was great. And our hosts were fantastic.

Very clean and well updated. Hosts are phenomenal with communication. Close to Olde Towne Scottsdale and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean condo in the perfect location to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Very proactive hosts who sent clear, detailed, accurate instructions. Kitchen and coffee bar well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extra touches that make it clear the hosts care about comfort and convenience. We would love to stay again!

The place was great & was a perfect location being very close to downtown Scottsdale. The exterior is a bit dated but once you get inside the condo you’ll see it’s been fully updated and done very well. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was in working order, and there were no windows near dumpsters.This unit was not on the main street so it was quiet.We would specifically book this unit again- it is a large complex, but we would only ask for this one.

Long weekend

Check in and check out process was really easy. We arrived after dark so it was a little harder to find the right building as the area is not well lit at night. Convenient parking directly in front of the building. Great communication with the host. Convenient location within walking distance to Old Town shops, restaurants and Fashion Square Mall.

Great golfing week

Very nice centralized property, close to many activities. The whole building complex appears dated, but the condo itself looks like it has been upgraded and renovated. Very comfortable and clean.

Enjoyable Scottsdale area

Excellent location to get around to many hiking trails, good eats and things to do. Had a nice swimming pool to relax at in the afternoons.

Weekend get away

The condo was great, inside was newly remodeled, and they had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to a grocery store, and short drive to downtown Scottsdale. An added bonus is a nice trail close by. And our 5 year old enjoyed the pool

Modern & bright remodeled unit! Quiet neighborhood, convenient covered parking spot, looks just like the photos - spacious rooms, great communication with owners, enjoyed the heated pool. Would stay again!

Unit was clean and ready for our stay. Updated and had a nice feel to it. Owners were very responsive and communication was good. There were some nice extras for us, including a small cooler and some clean beach towels. The condo complex is older, but the grounds were nicely taken care of. Fitness center could use a redo, and was not especially clean.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and all furnishings and appliances are new.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in Master Bedroom with new tiled shower, the second one has a tub/shower and one both are fully enclosed with glass sliding doors.

New tubs, tile, toilets, vanities, lighting, fixtures etc. Same with kitchen. All furnishings are brand new.
Both bedrooms have new king beds and furnishings.

The location offers 1 assigned covered parking spot. If you won't be traveling by car then Uber and Lyft are very active in the area. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
