Location was great. Inconvenient when it came to only one key for 4 adults to get into gates. Pool. Gym. Etc. needs to be two. Would be nice if non smoking complex. Hard to sit on our deck when others around smoke.

In the future, please feel free to reach out during your stay as we can always arrange to deliver a second pool and gym key if needed to make things easier for everyone. Regarding the smoking, we completely understand how that can impact the experience, especially when trying to relax on the deck. We are always happy to contact the property manager if smoke from nearby units is affecting our guests’ stay. Please also remember that we are available 24/7 during your stay. If anything comes up, just reach out and we will do our best to help right away. Nice interior. Access a bit funky. Burned out light bulbs so stairways dark. Exterior gates propped open so not great security. Access system of keys somewhat dated vs fobs/etc. Proximity to Scottsdale great. Fantastic/friendly/quick communication with management
