Excellent property

Clean, spacious, lots of extra towels and washcloths, tastefully decorated, cute place! We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely book again!

Cozy and Comfortable

This was the perfect little spot for my family. The home was cozy with a fully fenced back yard. Perfect to let our little guys play in. It was also nice being so close to the zoo. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Zoo Location

Was wonderful to walk to the zoo. Close enough to come home for lunch and go back. Fenced in yard great for the dogs.

Amy’s Baby Blue with Family

There was a lot of space in the combined kitchen & living room. Plenty of kitchen, bedding & bathroom supplies. Small fenced in back yard for children or pets. 2 of the beds were very firm. Driveway was small for our large SUV. Basement was very cool to sleep in at night. but some did enjoy the cooler space after being outside on a very hot day. AC was working hard and water was leaking. We had to replace towels 2 times a day. But we are thankful that the AV still worked.

Overall, our stay at Amy's home was extremely positive and very comfortable for my husband, me, and our adult son. We were a little unsure of the neighborhood when we arrived, but we had no problems throughout our stay. It is an old neighborhood with some homes being a bit run-down. Amy did mention the caveat regarding parking. The brick street is quite narrow, and cars park on only one side. The driveway is also narrow and short, and it was a very tight fit for my husband's truck.Once we walked into the home, we were extremely pleased. Amy had the A/C on and the house cooled down for us. The home was very clean. We loved the hardwood floors and the open floor plan. The living room furniture was super comfortable and inviting. If you like extra firm mattresses, the smaller bedroom will be right up your alley. The basement was also very clean and quite cool for wonderful sleeping in high 90-degree temps. There is also an additional bathroom.The fun part of the house was finding all of the spaces that Amy has created for additional living/seating spaces.The only criticism I have is a lack of communication regarding check-out. Amy's instructions did not include any details about the towels and bed linens. Some properties are very specific on how they want it handled. I messaged Amy the day before we checked out but never got a response. I'm glad we had no issues with arrival/check-in because I'm not sure how long it would have taken to get a response.
