Park & Playground! Upstairs Guest Suite

Visit Utah Valley in our beautiful, three bedroom upstairs suite! Relax in front of our large 60-inch Smart TV, snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows on our luxurious memory foam beds, and bring the kids for the beautiful park and playground across the street. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are located in the heart of Orem, tucked into a walkable and friendly residential neighborhood within 3 blocks of restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment. Across the street from a beautiful and large park with grassy fields, pavilion with tables and benches, tennis courts, and a playground! Within a few minutes of BYU and UVU, and 30 minutes of the best ski resorts in Utah.

—Kitchen—
We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•French Door refrigerator
•Double wall ovens
•Gas stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
We also have a high chair and eating essentials for children.

—Bedrooms—
•Main Bedroom - King bed, private attached bathroom with tiled shower and single sink vanity, walk-in closet with hangers and shelving, blinds, black-out curtains
•Second Bedroom - Queen bed, open closet with hangers and shelving, blinds, black-out curtains
•Third Bedroom - Queen bed, open clothes rack with hangers, blinds, black-out curtains
•Pack n play available at all times, and two queen size air mattresses in the bonus room
Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

—TV and Internet—
60-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 300 mbps!

—Bathrooms—
•Main bedroom has private, attached bathroom with tiled shower and large shower head, and single sink vanity
•Second bathroom has tiled shower and bathtub combo, and single sink vanity
Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Patio and Yards—
•Private wood patio has table, chairs, and umbrella for beautiful Utah outdoor leisure.
•Beautiful grassy yard in the front of the home, and shared grassy backyard in the back of the home.
Always feel free to enjoy the large park across the street!

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Additional—
This is the upstairs unit of our home, as our home has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units. We have quiet hours from 9:00pm - 7:00am to ensure the best stay for both units.

We pride ourselves in creating welcoming, clean, and beautiful spaces for our guests to come home to.

SLC Trip

The property was much larger than I expected. Mackenzie was quick with a response to any question I had. We only used one room, the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the place was clean, spacious with good decor. We would use this rental again.

Hidden Gem

We went to a wedding over the weekend with events in both Provo and Orem. This home was tucked away in a cute, quiet neighborhood that was close to the freeway and central to every other place we needed to go. It had all the amenities you’d find in a regular hotel and was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. There were downstairs renters for a few days (we rented the upstairs unit) and there were only a few times we could hear them. Other than that, the parking was clearly explained for both of us and the separate unit entrances were a plus. Mackenzie was readily available to answer our questions and was a great hostess! We will definitely rent from her again should the occasion arise. :)
