Enjoy a luxury experience at this centrally located beachfront home with sweeping water views of Gloucester Harbor.The house is located across from the Beauport Hotel and Pavilion Beach. The suites are located on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors with 4 decks, 2 full kitchens, 2 gas fireplace, 2 laundry, 2 full bath and 3 1/2 baths. 4 spacious bedrooms: 2 with a king bed & the other 2 with 4 full beds. Ascend to the loft to enjoy specular ocean views & wet bar. *Multiple listings in the same building*

Your unit is centrally located in the downtown area. Next to the beautiful Beauport Hotel and they do have their own parking area. When you stay with us you do have access to two parking spaces in the driveway. Right across the street from your unit there is a playground and there is public parking space there. In addition, right before you turn to commercial Street and before you get to the Beauport Hotel there is Saint Peter Square which allows you to park as well.
