Weekend in the Rockies

Close to downtown, walking distance to everything. We enjoyed a long hike in the mountains and came back to a clean comfortable stay.

The management company was easy to deal with and accommodating, let us check in early. Close to the slopes and Main Street. Comfortably sleeps 4. Would recommend staying here.

Spacious, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and well organized.

We had a great stay at sawmill. We loved skiing home at the end of the day and the free bus took us everywhere we wanted to ski. The proximity to Main Street was also great allowing us to walk to dinner and shops everyday. Also really liked the ski locker outside the front door. Will definitely stay again!

First time in Breckenridge

I’ve never had a vacation with my family. I planned this last minute and everything came out great. I loved the condo, I felt like home. I will book again.Everything was walking distance away and bus stop as well.

Great Location

Such a comfortable place. Really well stocked. A short walk into town and a nice balcony to sit out and people watch. Beds are comfortable and furniture is plush. Only draw back is since it’s on the 3rd floor if someone rents the place upstairs you can hear everything. We would highly recommend!

Clean and in a good location.

Overall we had a good experience. Having the office to pick up an old school key at a different location was not ideal but we made it work. The unit was clean and well kept. Could not have asked for a better location in town being close to the main strip and walking distance to things. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Location

We had a great stay. The location can’t be beat, easy walking distance to the Gondola and town even with equipment and a small child. Very comfortable and clean with what seemed like an endless supply of hot water. The only cons to us were the lack of supplies - there is really the bare minimum and there are no games at all which was tough with a kid. Also, if there is anyone staying above you it’s incredibly loud, I’m sure they were just walking but it’s sounded like they were dropping bowling balls. Luckily the residents above seemed to go to sleep around 10 so we were not kept up by the noise. I also would suggest keyless entry since it’s really a pain to carry around keys on the mountain. Overall a great experience that I would recommend.

Great location

Free ride Shuttle at the end of driveway to snowflake lift or the gondola, etc. four o’clock run home each night and if you are a skilled skier can ski to the elevator. Walk to town quick and easy. Place was clean for the most part and sufficed. Could use a deeper clean. Glad I had slippers. But I have super high standards, fyi. Master suite has the two queens so the now master bedroom shared bathroom access to guests/hallway. Only important if you need pull out sofa, which we did. Well stocked with cooking utensils etc Overall it was a nice place to stay, comfortable bedding etc. just a little dated/needing that extra mile. As a fellow owner of str property, I’d be upset that the deep clean to start the season wasn’t quite what it should be from the management company. But it’s a ski town. I’m sure not everyone treats things with the respect they should and that would be tough to keep after so many.

Great Western Breckenridge was fabulous!

The condo was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for preparing meals (minus the actual food). Would stay again.

It was a great location. The condo was a bit outdated and we had an issue with toilet and drain in shower. Provided these issues are fixed we would stay at the property again.

Great location

Great location, loved the loveseat rocker! Cozy and nice mountain decor. Has a few maintenance issues. Second bedroom shower slow in draining and the mattresses in both bedrooms are ready to be replaced, easy fixes. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Totally enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and how convenient it was to everything.

The condo was close to downtown and the ski lifts.

The condo has been updated in places but older in others. Its fine for a couple nights and the place was really clean. The view from the deck is nice and I recommend the fireplace on cold nights. Overall I'd give it a solid B+

Overall, condo was great. Few issues: guest bath toilet kept running until you lifted the flapper, no instructions on how to work the tv, portable fan needs to be replaced.

Terrific location and great view

We enjoyed a two night stay and couldn't have been more pleased. You can't beat the location, one block off main street! The place was clean and comfortable. I would book it again if I returned to Breckenridge.
