Thee property owner was very communicative. The loft style apartment was clean, fully stocked for showers and kitchen supplies. The bed was firm and comfortable, with down pillows, a comforter, and soft sheets. I didn't have an opportunity to try the pool, but it was presented very well. Easy access for ride shares.The shower...oh man...the shower was amazing. Glass enclosed, tile walk-in, multiple setting shower head, organic soaps, seating, good water pressure. Easily the highlight of my stay.10/10

The best VRBO rental we have had to date. Great host. Ideal location. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, nightlife you name it and it was easily accessible. Super clean. All amenities needed were provided. Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

I felt so safe traveling with just 3 girls and Sarah was such an amazing host! The property was so clean and designed with quality furniture. The pool, shower and comfortable bed were a highlight in addition to being walking distance to bars and restaurants!

Austin loft

Cute place, as advertised with amenities, and really sweet host. Sarah asked several times if there was anything we needed and we did borrow bicycles two days in a row. Only minor complaints: The parking is very tight for large vehicle, alley leading up to parking space also very tight and rutty. Loft head room is also very minimal with all the roof angles. But we managed and had a fun stay even with some inclement weather the first couple days. Good location for access to lake and greenway, as well as city and airport. Thank you, Sarah!

Great Spot!

The location was nestled in East Austin right by a walking trail and fun restaurants. The communication was great and the place was nice and also clean. Definitely recommend!

Great spot

This spot is close to eveything downtown and south Austin has to offer! Great local bars in walking distance. Room was clean, bright, and comfortable. Thank you for letting us enjoy your space!

Location, location, location. I am an enthusiastic local guide, especially for live music, as I've been a member of the music community for many years. Our block is a dead end, surrounded by the park and the lake. very quiet at night. The trail out front is a 10-mile loop. Between our house and the lake is only park land with baseball fields. In the winter when the trees are bare, we have panoramic views of the water.

The neighborhood overflows with exciting new foodie restaurants, bars, and some of the best food trailers in Austin. Walk 1 mile to the Rainey Street district.

I do everything I can to keep the energy of my home & guest house peaceful, warm and inspiring.

Getting around is easy. We are a very inexpensive Uber, Lyft to downtown, SOCO, Barton Springs, etc. There are plenty of scooters and bikes to rent in our neighborhood as well.
