Legacy Villas Spacious Home. Beautiful two-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms that sits right next to the mountain side. This is a beautiful two-story townhome perfect for families! It is a spacious resort villa with newly upgraded flooring tasteful decor. You don't have to worry about parking with an attached 2 car garage. The location is perfect, right up against the mountain with a patio, great for entertaining. One of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities is steps away. The bedrooms, all primary suites, have flat screen TVs with a large Flat screen in the living room. Beds consist of one King bed, one king bed, and 2 queen beds. No Pets allowed! The Neighborhood: LEGACY VILLAS COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 12 Refreshing Saltwater Pools, including 2 Lap Pools and 11 Spas Walking paths feature 19 sparkling fountains throughout resort community. Main Pool features a beach style entry, Water features for children, and Poolside Cabanas Large Fitness center with aerobic machines, free weights, and weight machines Poolside Grill open on weekends and select weekdays Hammock Gardens surrounded by landscaped palm trees Community BBQ Area with Propane Grills Beautiful Hiking Trail along backside of community near mountain base 24-Hour Guard Gated Community NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: 5 to 10-minute drive to convenient shopping including Costco, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target and Walmart.
