Legacy Villas Spacious Home. Beautiful two-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms that sits right next to the mountain side. This is a beautiful two-story townhome perfect for families! It is a spacious resort villa with newly upgraded flooring tasteful decor. You don't have to worry about parking with an attached 2 car garage. The location is perfect, right up against the mountain with a patio, great for entertaining. One of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities is steps away. The bedrooms, all primary suites, have flat screen TVs with a large Flat screen in the living room. Beds consist of one King bed, one king bed, and 2 queen beds. No Pets allowed! The Neighborhood: LEGACY VILLAS COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 12 Refreshing Saltwater Pools, including 2 Lap Pools and 11 Spas Walking paths feature 19 sparkling fountains throughout resort community.
