Invite friends and family for swimming, sightseeing, and State Park educational lectures and events. Night sky photography is the finest. Paleontology, geology, native studies, birding, dining and outdoor recreation... Borrego Springs has it all. Elite cyclists train here on the "glass elevator" that is the Montezuma Grade. Take your choice of sports: running, bicycling, tennis, golf, pickelball, swimming, hiking, and more.
Or indulge your hobbies: car club cruises, motorcycling, desert and night sky photography.
Relax with yoga, meditation, painting, pottery making, writing and paleontology studies.
The winter season in Borrego Springs starts with Borrego Days at the end of October and goes through May. *We allow pets The state park does NOT allow dogs on hiking trails, not even on a lease ...so if you are hiking you will need to leave the dog at the house on our big porch, or take it to a dog sitter, or have a dog sitter come. When riding around sightseeing with your dog, keep in mind that if you stop and leave the dog in the car on a hot day someone will very soon say something. ...or worse, do something.
