Steps from Wrigley Field, my 2 bed/2 bath + Den penthouse with a private rooftop is the perfect “home base” for your group. With the excitement of Wrigleyville in your backyard and the sights of downtown are a quick train ride away.

This location is only two blocks from the Addison Red Line "El" stop which will take you to downtown Chicago in just 15-20 minutes! We are within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants, shopping, nightlife, public transit, and easy access to the lake with running trails and beaches. Wrigley Field is now a year round destination including not only major league baseball all summer long, but now is known as a world class music venue for top performers, a celebrated college football stadium and during the holidays, the Gallagher Way Park, located just outside the park, transforms to the "Chriskindlmarket Wrigleyville"! Enjoy holiday inspired food, drinks, shopping and a well lit, full service, ice skating rink!
Due to the condo’s location being 0.1 miles from Wrigley Field parking is limited. One parking spot is available with your booking. An additional parking spot can be purchased on a daily rate if reserved at least two weeks in advance.

The main floor features an open floor plan that combines the kitchen with the main floor living space with an abundance of natural light. The main floor also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The top floor features a den with a queen bed.

Please make sure the external doors are locked. The rooftop door and door to the balcony lock by lifting up on the handle.
If you have anything smelly please take the trash out with you. The outside trash is located in the parking lot.

Overall, the experience was good. It was labor-day weekend, so the clubs across from our stay were very loud, but eventually quiet down. Parking was tight, but kudos to the owner for squeezing another spot for our SUV. The location was great with plenty of access to restaurants in Wrigley town.

Weekend in Chicago

We stopped by Chicago for a long weekend on our way to a friend's reunion. I picked this house due to the location, it was in the heart of wrigglyville and just a couple blocks from the Cub's statium. My son is a huge baseball fan. It was close enough to the El to walk but not so close that you can hear it. It was very hot in Chicago the weekend we visited but the house was comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is on the upper floor off the rooftop deck so it was a bit warm. The 3rd bedroom was also not a bed "room" because it was just a bed, no door, no closet but it worked fine for my 10 yr old. Note there are a lot of stairs to get to this unit. Overall it was great and we would stay there again.

Perfect rental!

My husband, a friend and I travelled to Chicago for a Pearl Jam concert at Wrigley Field and were lucky to find this rental for our stay. We had a short stay and wanted a place within walking distance of the venue to avoid renting a car. This place is an absolute gem! It is located just around the corner from Wrigley Field as well as many bar and restaurant options. I had great communication with the property manager, very quick to respond. Place was clean, quiet, comfortable - made our visit to Chicago even more pleasant than expected. Highly recommend! I will definitely book again should I return to Chicago in the near future.

Great house and location

House was perfect for our 3 day Cubs getaway. Great place to relax after sight seeing, then very close to wrigley stadium and all the bars and restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Bachelorette party

Great place to stay for a bachelorette party. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. The property was extremely clean with plenty amenities. Felt very safe & loved the location to Wrigley & all of the bars! Would highly recommend!

Cool House. Great Location

We loved the neighborhood and location 1 block from Wrigley Field. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. It easily slept 7 of us. The kids loved playing with the foodball table

Perfect Bachelor Party Location

This house was fantastic for a group of 10 people. The location could not have been better. You are literally around the corner from Wrigley Field and all the night life you need. The house had plenty of space and sleeping areas for everyone. If I go back to Chicago, I will definitely try and stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!!!

This property was the absolute perfect place for my friend’s bachelorette weekend! Ashton the host was very accommodating and responded fast whenever I had a question. The location is fantastic, the layout was spacious, and the most important thing was we felt safe. 10/10 experience!!!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time taking in the sights of Chicago with easy access to everything in Wrigleyville. The red line was so close that we were able to make a couple of trips into the city for museums and a boat tour. The property itself was in great shape, and had plenty of room for the 8 of us (me and my partner, my parents, my teenage nephew and my three kiddos). I 100% recommend the place, and I can't wait to rent it again!

Fantastic location & amazing accommodations

My youngest son, father, and I stayed a long weekend. With food and Cubs game priority we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our stay! The host was very helpful throughout the weekend and quick to respond to any questions we had and was even helpful with some parking issues (our fault). Will definitely stay again when we return to Chicago!!

Great house/location

We were 2 families of five traveling to Chicago for fun to explore the city. House was spacious for all of us. Exactly as advertised. Very close to the red line and Wrigley Field. Communication with owner was lightning fast and excellent. We would highly recommend!

Great Neighborhood and Condo

It was a wonderful experience for my family of four to stay in this condo. The condo was as described and felt even larger than the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise, especially with kids. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We had plenty of towels and hot water, the wifi was easy to set up, and all the appliances functioned properly. Walkable neighborhood and we felt safe walking our kids around the neighborhood to all the restaurants and shops. Stroller-friendly area. Wrigley Field is practically in the backyard. The host provided instructions on how to access the property, using the various access codes provided. The parking was directly behind the unit, the host provided directions on how to locate the correct spot, and the price was unbeatable with parking. Because of how easy it was to get into our unit, I would stay here again. Our family was even allowed to check in a little early, as the host was so accommodating. Since a guest was leaving that day, she let us know via text when the unit was ready. Our stay at this VRBO was a great addition to our time in the city.

Ashton’s place was wonderful; it was ideal for our family. The house is in a great city location with lots to do close by and access to other neighborhoods as well. When we arrive, Ashton’s house was immaculate. She was a thoughtful host with quick response times, and she even left us snacks, which we really enjoyed. If you’re looking to plan a trip to Chicago, we highly suggest staying at this wonderful place!!!
