Welcome to our 2-bedroom garden suite in Lakeview, set on a quiet, tree-lined block within Chicago’s Newport Avenue Landmark District. Recently refreshed with new furnishings, the apartment offers a comfortable and thoughtfully updated home base for Cubs games, concerts, city weekends, and longer stays.
The suite has a private entrance and a practical, easy layout designed for comfort and convenience. The apartment is about a 7-minute walk to Wrigley Field and the Addison Red Line station, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood and get around the city without a car.
Located in the heart of Lakeview, the unit offers access to one of Chicago’s most walkable and lively neighborhoods, with restaurants, bars, neighborhood cafés, and entertainment nearby. The building sits on a block with classic Chicago character, and the surrounding area blends local charm with easy access to Wrigleyville, transit, and the lakefront.
Good to know: This is a garden-level unit in a 100+ year old multi-unit Chicago building. Guests may occasionally hear normal building sounds, including footsteps, floor creaks or muffled voices from upstairs. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM and we provide sound machines and earplugs for light sleepers.
