Fantastic house with plenty of space for our group. Clean and well maintained spaces. The rooms were cozy, clean, and the mattresses comfortable. The location was also convenient with plenty to do in walking distance and just a short drive to downtown for other activities.

The location, ease of parking and check in and out was great. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge for seniors. Pillows and towels could use an upgrade.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Michael’s place and location were great. The house is homey and comfortable. Location was easy access to getting groceries, walking to restaurants and Wrigley Field. Also, quick access to downtown via Lyft.Will look forward to staying here again when we travel to Chicago in the future.

Neighborhood is great. Garage is a really nice addition and fits a SUV. House has plenty of space for a family. It is as described. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Supermarket across the street.

The house was just as described and quite clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great and we walked everywhere including Wrigley Field. Michael was easy to communicate with and responded promptly.

We loved our stay at this great, Lakeview home! Mike is a thoughtful host and although we didn’t need anything, he was only a text away. Very responsive. The house was clean, and it was stocked with the basics that you may need for a long weekend. My four children loved the house, especially playing in the finished basement and walking around the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for movie night in the living room! It was great to have a garage during the recent snow storm. My kids are already asking to return next weekend. This home & location were perfect for our long weekend in the city. Thanks so much, Mike!

Easy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, a family of five - 2 adult children and their grandmother. There was common space to gather and quiet space to rest & relax too. Easy parking, really good location. We enjoyed it!
