The gourmet kitchen is a dream—granite countertops, stainless Kitchenaid appliances, large-capacity dishwasher, double-door refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, oven, warming oven, and 4-burner gas stovetop. It’s fully stocked with a toaster, K-Cup and drip coffee makers, chef-grade cookware, and utensils. Cleanup is easy with the farmhouse sink—making this one of the best-equipped kitchens in Sea Pines.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

The house was great. Had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked so we weren't needing anything in order to cook. For anyone looking for a house where you can watch golfers from the backyard, this is the house. We had my elderly parents with us and my dad loved sitting in the back yard each morning and watching the golfers on the green for the 3rd hole. It was great entertainment. The property management company for this house was very responsive and answered any questions quickly.

Beautiful, Clean, and Great Location

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Check-in was a breeze, property was clean and well-maintained, and the location was cozy/quiet with an 8-minute bike ride through the adjacent golf course to get to the Sea Pines Beach Club. We appreciated the clean/comfortable beds, open floor plan, and well-stocked/modern kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

Enjoyed our stay at 4Tupelo. Well appointed home, wheelchair friendly, with lots of open spaces. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Sunroom was great and we enjoyed watching the golfers. Enjoyed Hilton Head and the fine restaurants, especially Coast. We would highly recommend this property.

Our 2 weeks at 4 Tupelo in Sea Pines were wonderful! Great vacation with the family. The inside of the house was great and the view of the golf course was lovely. It was clear that the landscapers hadn’t come before our arrival causing a small negative first impression.

Great stay! Loved our visit and will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean, check in and check out was an absolute breeze and every amenity we needed was available. The property manager is amazing - communication was great, managed expectations perfectly and we really appreciated his responsiveness. For that alone, we would definitely return to the property. But the property itself is lovely - just enough space, a great stocked kitchen, laundry room and of course, the golf course view! Bikes and chairs were provided....truly, it was a great stay and we will definitely come back!

Terrific Tupelo Vacation Stay on HHI

Our stay in HHI at Fore Tupelo was terrific. The home is located in a great location in the premier HHI setting, Sea Pines. A nicely decorated place with gormet kitchen, many places to sit, view TV, read or watch the golfers from a patio or sun room. Many places to walk with our dog from this pet friendly house. We were readily informed of check-in details, contact info, etc. Sea Pines is definitely THE best, most pet friendly area of HHI, we suggest anyone stay in Sea Pines rental sites. We especially appreciated the rental agent.

The home is in a great location, and the kitchen was nice. However, the house was dirty....lightbulbs were out, the windows were filthy and the grill was too dirty to use. Sadly, we won't be staying there again.

very enjoyable

4 Tupelo was exactly as pictured on the website. It was clean and very well stocked--I didn't need to bring half of what I did!! We had a minor problem which was addressed by John Lambis within 10 minutes and promptly solved. The location was central to most everything we wanted to see and do. It was perfect for walking my two dogs on the bicycle paths. Had a great time...thanks so much.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

Just left after a week at Fore Tupelo which was most enjoyable and relaxing. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for our family (plus our 4 legged friend!). The house inside was very clean and comfy. Basic supplies were provided. The only negative that I would consider mentioning is that the outside grounds, guttering, etc needs some TLC. Sea Pines is beautiful, we felt very safe, loved the walking/bike trails and our living room view of the golf course!

Hilton Head Heaven

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home. It was so inviting from the time we walked in. The kitchen is a dream. We stayed a week and only ate out once. With the openness of the kitchen and living area..we cooked our meals and never missed a minute of the family conversations. Bedrooms were a very good size with plenty of closet space to store our bags. We were just a couple minutes from grocery stores and a short bike ride to the beach. The ONLY thing on my wish list for this home would be a pool. That would have made it perfect for my family of swimmers; although we had access to Harbor Town pool so all was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice House!

Fantastic kitchen and spacious living quarters. Well stocked kitchen, could use a few more towels in bathrooms, but very comfy beds and large house in general! However, the outdoor space needs a bit of upkeep regularly. There was a dangerous large limb hanging next to the house by the sunroom that needs removal. The tree shed a tremendous amount of leaves and the gutters are packed, having a blower and gutter cleaning is a must. When it rained it was impossible afterwards to enjoy the outdoor furniture as there are drips from gutters. The golf course workers wake you up very early, but to be expected situated on a course, just be fore warned, they also add to the yard leaves and debris as they blow the course leaves into the backyard. We very much enjoyed our stay, justbeing outdoors people the outdoor space wasnt quite as maintained as we would have hoped. John was very responsive in helping us figure out the TV/ Remotes, btw, the large remote with the screen on the side table in the living room controls the TV. Overall, loved being so close to trails, great location!!!

Hilton Head Stay

The house looks likes the pictures, we had an issue when we got there because there was there was a water leak in the one bedroom and the floor was wet and where it was wet it didn't smell good. We did contact the owners as soon as we got there, and we were in contact most of the stay. My son had to sleep on the couch for the stay which wasn't the greatest because the living room is surrounded by windows. The owner was very nice, and we stayed over Easter, so it was a holiday, so we had to wait to have someone come and find and fix the leak. They got the leak fixed on Wednesday and then they had a dehumidifier to dry it out which is needed but I wish we were compensated for the inconvenience because we checked out on Friday morning. I understand these things do happen but whoever does the cleaning for them knew it was wet because she came back and said she knew it but needed a carpet cleaner not realizing there was a leak, but if we had the option we would of changed to another place just because the work did need to be done and we all didn't have our own beds. We made the best of it.

Great location, nice layout, great kitchen and bathrooms

John was very responsive and had outside power washed while we were there. Some furnishings are old and tired but kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Overall great vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful one story home in quiet area of Sea Pines

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and has almost everything you could need. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short bike ride to the closest beach path. We will be back!

Great location but some TLC needed

Our family stayed at 4 Tupelo Road, and really enjoyed the property location right on the golf course and being in the Sea Pines community. We had bikes delivered from Petals, which was one of our favorite things to do and we were very close to many restaurants via a short drive. With this property, you have access to the South Beach pool which was a bit of a drive and too far to bike. We did ask about the Harbour Town pool, but they no longer provide access there. The beach wasn’t too far if you try and get into the Sea Pines Beach Club but we were told you can’t park there and need to take the trolley over. Lots of learning what we can and can’t do. A downfall of this property was the cleanliness, as mentioned in other reviews. It could use a really good deep cleaning like lamps, tables, closets, pots/pans, and corners/floors. Maintenance was also needed in the master bedroom closet, where there was a hole in the shelving. My mom was afraid to use it thinking something might get in from outside. The outside area could use some clean-up as well. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and just needing of some TLC. But overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Hilton Head.

Lovely Home on 3rd Hole of Heron Point

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was well situated, beautiful living room and adjoining Carolina Room looking out over the 3rd hole green. We felt the outside/lack of clearing and tidying let the home down a little, which is a shame, because the home itself is lovely. We also found dishes and pots and pans that were not as clean as we would have liked and whilst that did not deter us from liking the home it did leave us with no choice but to give a 4 star rating to be fair to our other VRBO rentals. We would love to return to this property in the future and look forward to giving it a 5 star review next time.
