The Address Downtown - Large apartment in the city centre.

The Address Downtown is a very large and spacious apartment, fully renovated, right in the beautiful city center, right next to the party area and to the main tourist attractions. It has 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It has been built in a charming, industrial loft style with large windows and a high ceiling, creating a great sense of space. Best location next to Basilica, nightlife, bars, restaurants, etc. The metro, main transport, and supermarkets are next to the building.

EVENTS: The Address Downtown is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings. The Loft is a very large (120 m2) comfortable space. The apartment is suitable to accommodate big groups of friends or families, up to 12 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary apparel and accessories (plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, big fridge with freezer, etc.) and includes a dining table.

We were always extremely sensitive to the cleaning process of the unit but now we are taking even more care by deep disinfection after each stay in accordance with the guidelines of Covid19.

Fresh bed and bathroom linen in 100% quality cotton are provided to all guests.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the property. In case of smoking inside, a 1000€ extra charge will be charged.

CHECK-IN time from 16:00, CHECK-OUT time before 11:00 am. Based on the prior agreement we can grant different timings if we have no guests before/after your arrival. A luggage deposit can be arranged free of charge upon prior agreement.

NOISE RULES: After 10:00 pm loud noise, music, yelling, and disturbing neighbors are not allowed, we have to respect their peace, thank you. Budapest's nightlife is perfect, you can enjoy several music clubs and bars in the city center. If you would like to make an event, or party, please follow this rule, in case of non-observance the whole group must leave the apartment IMMEDIATELY without a refund. We are very strict about this rule because after your departure we will live together with our neighbors, thank you for your understanding.
