Pets are welcome for $100 pet fee.

You'll also be just minutes from Lawrence General Hospital, Brooks, Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, and Tuscan Village, MGH and within a 33-minute drive to both Boston and NH Beaches.

There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.
The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property.
