Beautifully renovated space. Only a few steps from town and a nice park to walk the dogs. It could not have been nicer and the hosts were very helpful!

We had a lovely stay! It was very convenient to everywhere we needed to be and the elevator made moving luggage up to the third floor. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

We were the first guests, visiting family in the area for holidays, and can't say enough what a beautiful space this is. Much thanks to Jennifer, the property manager, for everything from the lighted Christmas tree (an especially appreciated touch) to tracking us down about an item we accidentally left in the lobby! We look forward to returning.

Elevator broke first day and was never fixed. Very little hot water in showers, and none in sinks, noise in streets, uncomfortable beds and pillows, and heat was very squirrely. I had to stay in long John’s and a sweat shirt plus multiple blankets to sleep or just sit and watch TV—Also, only one TV in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit—All and all it was not an enjoyable experience at all!

We’re sorry to hear you felt dissatisfied, as this experience does not reflect our property or our long history of hosting. The private elevator is clearly disclosed in the listing, and when it unexpectedly malfunctioned during this stay, a service call was placed immediately. Due to the holiday period, same-day repair availability was limited, which is outside an owner’s control. The home’s heating and hot water systems were functioning normally before, during, and after the stay, and no concerns were reported until after checkout. The home is professionally maintained, and we have hosted many guests comfortably throughout the winter season without similar issues. We take guest feedback seriously and are always available during a stay to address concerns in real time. In over 16 years of hosting, this is an extremely rare review, and we remain proud of the consistently positive experiences our guests enjoy.
