Clean and comfortable. Coffee and creamer available for the morning we arrived, since we hadn't yet made it to the grocery store. Having the golf car available with the property was a plus in this community! The host was very responsive when we had a question about beach towels. Overall, we had an enjoyable 2 weeks.

Wonderful Golf Vacation

This property was very clean, great location and friendly neighborhood. Use of golf cart was an added bonus. House was fully equipped and felt like homeOur Host was amazing and kept in good contact Highly recommend this listing

Very Nice Stay

Excellent, the host was very responsive. The house was very clean with lots of amenities to make the stay like being at home. I would look forward to renting it again!

The house was well stocked and how it was described on the pictures. The golf cart was a great added feature so you had access to the Villages and can really get a feel for what it would be like to live in the Villages. Unfortunately we had a situation with my mother in law and had to leave early. (Come to find out her dementia was worse than we thought which is what lead to the reason why she wanted to leave- it was nothing the Host did wrong) The host was very accommodating. I felt bad we had to leave early and so did her husband, he wanted to stay. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Cozy with a great location!

Outstanding stay! House is cozy and clean. GREAT location in town. Quick and easy communication with host. Highly recommend!! PS the ice made by the ice maker is a sweet bonus. ☺️

Nice Home in the Villages

We stay 2 weeks at Peyton's Patio in the Villages. Home felt spacious & never crowded with 3 adults. Home was nicely appointed & kitchen was well equipped. Golf cart was fun to ride around the neighborhood. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

So nice!!!

Beautiful home. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom is also very nice. Well-equipped kitchen nicely furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. Great location. Very close to Spanish Springs. Close to all shopping needs. We would certainty vacation here again!
