Great family vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing from the wraparound balcony with the Gulf and the sound. It wasn’t overly crowded for mid summer. The condo was beautifully done and plenty of room. Only recommendation would be to get a keurig. We will definitely be back!

Very responsive property management

We had a small issue in the original unit, but once we brought it to the attention of the property management the issue was quickly looked into. We were provided another unit without any hesitation. We were extremely pleased with the way they handled our situation. Our original unit was nice but really could use some paint touch ups and repairs on the baseboard moulding and other general upkeep. The replacement unit felt much better cared for. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy Place - Navarre

Condo is very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for all! Master bath shower is way too small. Big bathroom but small shower. In the bunk room, on the wall by the bottom bunk, needs a plate cover for plug. It’s open and in the kids room. Absolutely great views!! Wonderful porches!! Fast elevators which is a plus! Fully furnished kitchen!! Convenient to everything Navarre!! Will definitely stay at Belle Mer again!

Wonderful week at Palacio da Costa

Well equipped comfortable condo. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Great views of the oceanfront and the bay from the large balconies. Uncrowned pool and no wait time for the elevators. Very close beach access. Beautiful weather July 14-21.

AWESOME CONDO

This was one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in. Everything was super clean, the views from the balconies were spectacular and the beds were SO comfortable. It was spacious and afforded plenty of room for eight people. We had family members staying at other resorts and those of us staying in the Palacio Da Costa agreed it was the best of them all. We are already talking about coming back! Thanks for a flawless check in and check out experience as well! We had a GREAT time in Navarre Beach!

It was amazing!

I absolutely loved this condo. The interior was beautiful and the ocean views from all three balconies was breath taking. The bedrooms was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything from a crockpot to a wine cooler. The wildlife you get to see while standing on the beach is amazing! Stingrays, sea turtles, jellyfish, you name it! This place was absolutely beautiful! We will for sure be renting this condo again in the near future.

Was a pleasant stay

We were pleased with the sleeping arrangements and accommodations.For a rental it was fairly well maintained and furnished. They seemed willing to go out of their way to correct any problems. My 92 year old MIL was uncomfortable with her mattress and cold and they provided a foam pad and additional blankets. The only problem we had was balancing the heat as the rear living spaces and bedrooms would be warm and the front bedroom was cold as it was facing north and near the front door. The kitchen was well furnished with just about everything we needed to prepare our Christmas meal. There were balconies off each bedroom to allow everyone their own balcony. We definitely plan to return.

What a pleasure to stay in such a well-appointed unit!

! I found the condo to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. - not that we used most of that since it was our vacation. We are looking forward to our next stay here as soon as possible!

Best condo in Navarre Beach

We love Navarre Beach and vacation there as often as we can. The Belle Mer complex is our favorite place to stay, the building and grounds are well kept, the units are large and the views can’t be beat. They also offer some great amenities. There is a walking/bike path just across the street that runs the length of the beach road, perfect for a morning or evening walk. Palacio Da Costa was just as advertised and we had a great time there.

Even Tropical Storm Lee didn't spoil our trip

The layout is perfect for families who want to vacation togsther, yet still have privacy. Each room had it's own bathroom and access to a balcony, all of which had great views. The owners were friendly and promptly responded to my calls and emails. Plenty of restaurants, shops, sightseeing along the shore and a chance to reconnect with family. We had a great time even though Tropical Storm Lee was there for the duration of our trip. I'd like to return for another vacation and would recommend this property to my friends.
