Excellent Condo

This Condo is excellent and is well above the level of most the condos in this building. Only use Kimberly Lang Vacations This place is beautiful and very nicely furnished with 2 master suits with ensuites lovely stay

Great place to getaway

We truly enjoyed staying at Belle Mer 303. Spacious accommodations, plenty of room for 6 adults and two small children. Really liked the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Being able to see and hear the ocean was awesome. Will definitely be back

Beautiful beach view and property!!

This property worked well for our needs. Nice and clean. AC works well. There are few supplies, so plan on going to the store if you are staying for more than 24 hours.

Everything was wonderful.

Easiest check in/out I’ve ever had. Spacious living area, we were sad we only booked the weekend.

Excellent spacious condo in Navarre

We love Navarre beach and really loved this condo at the Belle Mer. It was very spacious, bathrooms in each bed room, huge kitchen and balcony. It was perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents who came along on our stay.

Great place-clean, location is awesome along with the white sandy beach. Condo has all you need for a short or long stay. Advertisement is exact. Have state stayed here previously and plan on being back.

Navarre vacation

We loved the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, I had to clean hair out of the shower drain. The beds were not very comfortable, but we like firmer beds. The condo was very nice overall and we would stay here again.

Loved it

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time! Easy to unload and unpack car. Condo was also easily accessed from beach. Wish pool would have been heated as there was unusually high winds and cooler temps for May. Same with beach but can’t control everything 😊

Family fun!

The condo was spacious, clean, and the perfect location. We had a beachfront condo with a pool. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for preparing meals. Our groceries were delivered to the condo. The bathrooms have been updated and we’re very nice. The management responded quickly to our call for parking passes. The passes were delivered within 30-45 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

We had a fabulous stay. The property was as close as you can get to the gulf side beach. Pool was directly below the balcony. Plenty big enough for 8 people. Quite clean. Only complaints is internet was not great and the tv's was difficult to navigate with 3 remotes each. Also, the drain in the front king bed bedroom drained slow. Difficult to get ahold of rental representative (45+ minutes wsiting), but when we did, they was attentive. Overall, we will be back.

Cut short

Due to parent passing away had to cut short trip to return home. No reimbursement no credit - nothing other than sorry that’s policy. Would never rent from again. Even continued sending communications after asking to stop due to situation. Never again.

We loved the location, property, and convenience

My family has been coming to FL since 1980, renting homes, but in Marco Island until this year. My husband & I took our RV (new) to Navarre last Feb., and loved it. This year was our first family vacation since, and we decided to do Navarre. It was also our first condo experience, and our first on the beach.We had a 3rd floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the beach, and loved it. It gave all of us (we're all adults) the chance to spend time together, but enjoy our own unique preferences. Lots of privacy, time together, and beautiful scenery.Shelling is different from Marco, but we got better - just make sure you have a net, and go into the surf, scoop, or watch for incoming shells. I did come home with a lot of good ones. The condo is great: only a couple of "complaints". There should be a few more towels, kitchen particularly. Also, there wasn't a decent dish cloth, so doing dishes was difficult. If you stay, there's a good Dollar Tree at the corner where you can get dollar detergent, saran wrap, foil, zip lock bags, etc. But would definately recommend it!!

Great beach vacation

Great location, great unit. Master bedroom great, other bedrooms facing parking lot/tennis courts need heavy light blocking drapes. The lights at night were hardly dimmed by the blinds.

Started off bad

The passcode needed reset 2X before we could enter the condo. There was a leak in the bedroom and carpet was wet for 4 days. Had to shop vac and deal with plumbers for 4 days while they figured out where leak was. Had to run an industrial fan for 4 days that was loud and stinky. No parking passes available for 2 days. The management was informative and helpful but not how you want half of the vacation days to go. The hot tub and heated pool were cold the first 2days. The condo building just felt unkept and not clean. Beautiful location. Large rooms and great beds. Just disappointed. Only offered 15% refund for 3 days and never a follow up.

Had a few issues with the code when we first got there but over all it was great. I would suggest setting the lock on the ac to 67 or 68. 69 was a little warm
