This second floor condo, called Jojo, offers you a fully furnished 1 bedroom suite, kitchen and living room to enjoy an extended stay. The suite has 1 private bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, room-darkening shades, USB charging lamps, closet, and private in-room safe.

The condo has a full bathroom with courtesy toiletries, towels, shower with rain shower head, and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV and connects to a small private terrace.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator, full-size microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and cooking utensils included. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, plates and cutlery for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.

Singular Joy Downtown has free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace has beautiful ocean views, and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar. In addition, the establishment has concierge services.
