The location is lush with tropical plants surrounding each cottage. The staff was very attentive. The cottage and grounds were well maintained and lovely.

Kitchen fully equipped, roomy, quiet, beautiful tropical gardens, sweet porch with hammock. Bungalow is a bit older inside but clean and very well maintained. Kind and responsive staff. Bed is fine but not super comfortable, everything else was absolutely wonderful. Would stay again and highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay. We absolutely loved the private porch with hammocks. The breeze, the birds, the quiet (most of the time). And the staff at the front desk helped us coordinate drivers, beach clubs, restaurant recommendations. The bed is hard as a rock but that’s my only major complaint.

Good location and clean room. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to eat in. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. While you don’t hear any noise from 5th Avenue, there was construction next door that started both mornings we were there but not the hotel’s fault.

Beautiful, private, relaxing

We absolutely loved our little bungalow. It was quiet and private and the perfect size. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Amazing jungle oasis

We absolutely loved our stay in the private bungalow! The pool and waterfall were supper clean and perfect temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing retreat y plan on returning!

Took a chance on this place not having been back to the area since 2018. What a beautiful place that is close to everything and yet feels secluded for a little privacy and relaxation. The staff were amazing and honestly wont consider another spot when we come back in the near future.

The perfect combo in town/in nature

Peaceful jungle setting. The bungalow was amazing, from reading in the hammock to watching the local wildlife while enjoying our morning coffee. There is even a banana tree. It had everything we needed almost like being at home. All of the staff was so helpful. 5th St shopping & restaurants just around the corner.

A Hideaway in the Middle of the City

This property was so awesome. It is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the beach and the famous 5th Avenue where there is unlimited shopping and restaurants. The hotel literally sits one block from the beach and one block from the restaurant and vendors. When we booked in the bungalow, we had no idea we were that close to everything you could imagine. You don’t have to drive, but walk everywhere. If I go back to this part of Mexico, I’ll definitely stay here again. The staff is also amazing.

Bait and Switch

2nd time staying at this property. Same experience both times. Viewed listing, confirmed suite with manager Simona, arrived and we were put in a different suite that is definitely not the same quality as the listing. We had to argue and battle to get an equivalent suite.
