Steps to arguably the best beach in town, Mamitas; 1 minute to vibrant and bustling 5th Ave; and the privacy of your own huge rooftop terrace with ocean views and private plunge pool! Owners are making improvements and updating constantly. Everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. Aldea Thai's common areas include an enormous common pool with swim up bar, lounge areas, and work out room. Security on site 24/7. Enjoy over 1500 sq ft of interior space, and nearly 1600 of outdoor living on the private rooftop terrace. Sip coffee in the morning or margaritas in the evening on the two balconies. Well equipped kitchen for the rare night you aren't out eating at one of the hundreds of amazing restaurants Playa has to offer. Drinking water tap, starter paper products and basic soaps/shampoo provided. Beach supplies: toys, chairs, floaties.

Located right on the beach, considered one of the best stretches on Playa. Centrally located with equal parts of 5th ave in either direction, never get tired of the shopping or night life. We hope to provide a seamless, comfortable experience to those new to Playa del Carmen and Mexico and seasoned travelers alike.

Owner rented and operated with dedicated support. This condo is our second home, so we want everything to be like our own family is staying here.
