Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley, this historic 33 acre working lemon ranch has great views with many activities to enjoy. Premier mountain biking/hiking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. You may also take a drive down South to visit Disney Land, Universal Studios, City Walk, which are approximately 1 hour away. Traveling North will take you to Santa Barbara, Ojai, Solvang, just to name a few. MANY activities to enjoy!

One of a kind hilltop lemon ranch owners home

Ascend a short hill to be surrounded by acres of lemon and avocado trees and stay in the former ranch-owner's custom built home. Beautiful views of Santa Rosa Valley. Updated beds, bathroom and kitchen appliances and a very large living room. We found everything we needed for cooking our own meals, walked through the orchard and across the valley to some hiking trails. Great hosts. Recommended.

Beautiful place

Check in was very easy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. The house was very clean. The beds were a bit stiff for us. They could have used a memory foam mattress topper and they would have been fine. Twin beds in third bedroom are not comfortable for adults. There is a drip coffee maker and some Folgers coffee. Would have liked a Keurig with an assortment of pods (suggestion). The property and area are beautiful and very peaceful. Please note that the home is in a rural area and not near groceries,restaurants or shopping. Be prepared to bring what food, spices (outside of salt and pepper) with you as they do not keep food in the home. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would recommend the home.

Really cool ranch style home perched on a hill on a working lemon/avocado farm. Quiet, secluded location where you don’t have to worry about what the neighbors are doing. Great covered patio area to hang out and visit with family. Had everything we needed for comfortable stay over several days. We really appreciated that it was far enough from the commercial areas not to bother the peace and quiet we were seeking but close enough if we chose to eat out or needed to make a grocery run. The owners are great and very responsive when contacted. We will stay here again.
