3rd Floor and fully remodeled in 2023. Tidewater 300 is a spacious 2BR/2BA condo! You will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and gorgeous views of the Gulf. There’s a King bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest bedroom with daybed, and full size murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa! This unit sleeps a total of 8+ guests comfortably. With stunning gulf views, incredible resort amenities, and located under a mile from Pier Park, you're sure to have a perfect vacation at Tidewater 300!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

The unit was clean, beautiful, and conveniently located. It felt like home away from home. We had a great vacation and cant wait to come back next year!

Adorable Condo, location not so great

First of all this condo is absolutely adorable! It is so well decorated and you can tell the owners put a ton of time into their remodel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The floors when we arrived were extremely dirty but Amy immediately had the cleaning crew return to the clean the floors. Be careful when booking this property that you’re aware the room is on the side of the building and NOT directly on the ocean. The balcony is very small with a side view of the ocean. Most windows in the condo face the houses next door or the street. Both bedrooms are looking onto the road. We were highly disappointed and would not have booked this property if we would have known. There was also a lack of plugs in the bedrooms. We had to unplug lamps and the tv in order to plug in our phones and other chargers. It would be nice to have a multi outlet plug in the bedrooms. As far as the resort itself, we would not choose to stay here again. There is an extreme lack of elevators… wait times are horrendous! We ended up taking the stairs most of the time, but with a wagon full of items for the beach that isn’t always possible. The staff/security were very unfriendly and not very helpful at all. I want to repeat that the host of this property was very communicative and also the condo itself is super nice! Just be weary that it is NOT on the ocean front side of the building.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is beautiful, clean and very updated. The beds are super comfortable and the location in the building is extremely convenient! Being on the 3rd floor, you don’t need to use the elevator. We would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay here again!
