Sunset Private Studio

Summary:
Cozy 2nd floor studio with great breeze and amazing sound of the ocean's waves. It has a beautiful sunset view over the avenue with the trademark of Levittown's water tank. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby. It is as far as 15-20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the Bacardi Distillery.

Secured with Solar panel system for a stable stay!

The Space:
Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes.

Guest Access:
Guest will access throughout the white gate and walk upstairs to their studio.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, where we are close friends with neighbors for a long period of 20 years and counting. You have nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, Rio Hondo Mall, restaurants (various type of food), bakery, fast food, gas stations, banks, police station, firefighter station, Laundromat, Hospital, Bars, gyms, Punta Salinas Beach, Barcardi Destillary, 15 mins to Casino and much more.

Getting Around:
I highly recommend renting a car or use Uber for transportation. There are many places to walk around, but public transportation is very limited and usually hardly on time.

Other Things to Note:
Access is with a door code given upon the day of check-in. The first-floor private garage is not for use of any guest. Only for owners. Noise should be kept on the 2nd floor, as the first floor is another apartment, which guests can be disturbed by outside noise.

Interaction with Guests:
I am always available to answer any questions at any time throughout the app's chat or by phone. I live in California, but often travel to Puerto Rico to follow up with the house needs, when home, I love to greet the guests and give them recommendations about my native city

Great stay

Very clean, easy to find. Hosts were onsite downstairs and made sure we had everything needed. Beach was about 2 minutes away. Very nice stay and I would definately stay again.

Last minute emergency trip

Will definitely do it again on our next trip to PR. Owner is very responsive. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent price. Very accessible to urban metro area. Properties around could be better maintained, however, do not judge the property by the neighnorhood looks.

Toa Baja Getaway

A very cozy spot to lay and rest your head when you are not up and about. It was a cute little studio. Wi-Fi and hot water are a plus. Keep in mind, it's Puerto Rico and a car is a must as everything close to this getaway is a driving distance away. The water pressure was very weak, (like showering in a child sprinkler system) but then again, at least the water was hot. Would I recommend this location? As long as you have a car to get around, then it's a definite yes.

Extremely Satisfying experience

We needed a place to stay that was close to where my family was staying at the Embassy Suites.First Plus is that they allowed us to book in the night before as our flight came in at midnight and we weren't due to check in until the next day she allowed us late night access which was a real convenience as I the next Plus was the location as it was directly in front of the Embassy Suites there's no way that we could have gotten lost.It is close to the beach. Community was extremely safe and I felt comfortable jogging early in the morning around the neighborhood and saw others doing the same. We went to the beach and needed our clothes washed and our host was so generous that she washed our clothes for us while we were out . I was extremely grateful at that gesture. I would truly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Dorado areagotted.nowant tot. inight

Great stay! The place is welcoming, clean, convenient, and the area feels safe. The host is very experienced and detail oriented in making sure that their guests have everything they need and want to enjoy their stay. Most big chain hotels don’t go that far into thinking of what their guests would need to enjoy their stay.

Me encanto el estudio súper bello con todo lo necesario para mi estadía. Excelente ubicación cerca de todo y la comunicación con la dueña fue excelente muy atenta y amable definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí gracias por todo.
