You'll enjoy the Gulf breezes from the furnished deck, and you are just moments away from the beach, via private golf cart/pedestrian access.

Waves of Grace has a bright coastal interior, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the well-stocked kitchen. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both regular drip and Keurig coffee makers. The dining table is perfect for family meals, or game nights!

This house sleeps 12 comfortably with a king bed in the primary suite, and 2 queen beds in each of the other bedrooms. All beds have quality Tempurpedic mattresses, and there are televisions in all rooms. Two more can sleep on the queen pullout sofa in the living room. This home has high speed internet and an on-site washer and dryer for your convenience.

Downstairs has a large covered area for entertaining, with a gas grill, swings, and a picnic table. Your kids will be safe in the fenced in yard, and everyone will love the outdoor shower for rinsing off a day spent at the beach.

Cargo lift not available for guest use. No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
