Hidden Condo for a Relaxing Vacation

Nice place

Poor condition

We had to buy pillows, toilet paper, wash clothes hanging on the shower rod. The tub would nThe pillows was old and flat had to buy pillows. The beds had wine bottle's and water under the bed. The owner didn't let me know washer and dryer was in a different room outside. A list would have be nice for all the the information plus wifi password. Also while taking a shower the old thin curtain would fly up and stick to yours legs, not very pleasant. ot drain good while taking shower, you would stay in water.

Great Location needs some love

Property has a great location with a short walk to the beach. Property had nice decor and fit the beachy vibes. While at our stay we found two appliances to be broken/have lose parts. Twin mattress was a little dusty, might be due to the under the bed storage. Owner was a great communicator and addressed all our concerns swiftly.

What a great hidden gem just steps from the sand!!

Property: centrally located near to bridges to the mainland and race track, close to Main St and the biker bars, two blocks to the beach (the beach access is located on the same street so it’s a direct walk to the sand!!) and walking distance to the Sessions Restaurant inside the Hard Rock hotel. Easy to access with a digital lock, direct front door access to the floor level unit. Unit was clean and tidy, plenty of seating, dining room tables extends to seat 6. The beds and linens were plenty, comfortable and clean. The kitchen included everything we needed! Dishwasher was very convenient!! I will absolutely stay at this property again.Host: friendly and quick to respond to inquiries and questions. I look forward to booking with this host in the future.The neighborhood was quaint, clean, quiet and friendly. The dedicated parking spot was much appreciated! 10/10 stars all around best!!

Bike week 2023

This is a great place in a cute little neighborhood, far enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet yet close enough to enjoy all Daytona Beach has to offer. The owner had a fair price when everyone else was price gouging during bike week. He was quick to respond during the entire process as well as answering any questions I had. The place was exactly as described. We will definitely stay again!

Worst experience

I booked this property two month in advance for memorial weekend. The owner called me two hours before my arrival and said property is doubled book and he cancelled my reservation and said do not worry you will get full refund. I called Vrbo and they put me on hold for 1 hour and then disconnected. The owner called me again and said I can come and stay there if I cash app him. I was lucky to be able a hotel to stay. But I paid double.

Poor Communication/Unpleasant Experience

My family and I attempted to check into the condo but unfortunately the entire place had a terrible smell of smoke. I contacted the property owner through messaging who responded that it was a no smoking unit. He reported that he contacted the cleaning service who denied any smoking smell. We stayed approximately 30 minutes and could no stand the smell of smoke with a 3 month old infant that I was concerned with. I asked the owner for some sort of refund and even escalated it to VRBO with no help. I am definitely not one to complain and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. On my last correspondence which was over one week ago I asked how he would like to resolve this and have not received a reply. Please do not book.
