The only real problem was that the sofa bed was old and lumpy and impossible to get comfortable in. It needs to be replaced. Or the property’s description should be changed to advertise that it can sleep a maximum of 4 people — that is, only the queen bed and the double bed.

Taylor was a great host. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the area, it's very walkable and safe. Make sure you walk over to the Black Hand Coffee Shop, coffee and bagel sandwiches to die for. Scott's Addition is close by with a lot of breweries and restaurants, Cochi Locos has authentic tacos and you can take it to go and eat it ate the brewery across the street, dogs are welcome at the brewery. We will be back.

This location was fantastic! So walkable in a city that is rarely walking-only friendly. Such a beautiful house that had everything we needed!

Great location, clean property!

Very nice modern home in heart of museum district, walkable to tons of great places to eat and drink. Only had to take one Uber to somewhere specific we wanted to go. Would definitely book again, thanks!

Wonderful place!

Fantastic location and the owners really thought about the conveniences we all appreciate - lamps with outlets next to the bed, off street parking, etc. They were also very quick to respond to questions, super to work with. Would highly recommend!

Great spot in Richmond

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this convenient and comfortable home in the Museum District of Richmond. Within walking distance to the VMFA and to an easy breakfast spot. Quick access to Carytown and other downtown locations. We had all of the comforts of home including some nice small touches. The property manager reached out multiple times to check on us but we lacked for nothing! Keypad entry and WiFi were simple. Hope to stay at this spot again!
