Welcome to our charming duplex in Old Town Manchester, VA, where historic charm meets modern luxury!

This beautiful three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath retreat is an ideal getaway for groups, families, or anyone looking to experience the best of Richmond. Located on the second and third floors of a duplex, this spacious home offers an inviting atmosphere with a thoughtful blend of comfort and style!

As you enter, you’ll find a convenient coat closet for your belongings. From there, climb approximately 17 steps to the main floor, where the heart of the home awaits.

The open living space features a sleek sectional sofa, cozy throw blankets, and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Relax and unwind with your favorite show on the flat-screen Roku TV after a day of exploration.

The adjoining kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a functional island, barstool seating, and everything you need to prepare meals, including a drip and Keurig combo coffee maker to kickstart your mornings.

Enjoy meals in the cozy dining nook, which seats six and offers a seamless flow from the kitchen to the living room.

On the main floor, you’ll find the primary suite, a tranquil retreat featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a comfy reading nook with scenic views. The ensuite bathroom is a luxurious escape, with a walk-in shower and ample counter space.

The second bedroom (with a queen bed) and the third bedroom, perfect for kids or groups with its two full beds, are located on the top floor (third story), along with the second full bathroom. These bedrooms are perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of Richmond adventures.

For added comfort, the duplex features walk-in closets, an iron and ironing board, and a variety of books and games to enjoy during your stay. You’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located at the landing before heading up to the second floor.

The rooftop patio is the crown jewel of the home, offering a serene space to unwind with expansive views of the city skyline! Whether you’re enjoying sunset cocktails or stargazing, this outdoor oasis is sure to be a favorite spot.

Please be considerate of the neighbors to your left when using the rooftop.

Free street parking is easily accessible, with an additional designated parking spot available at the rear of the building.

Please note there are 3 steps at the front entryway and approximately 17 steps to reach the main floor containing the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, washer/dryer closet and primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom.

To access the second bedroom, third bedroom, second bathroom, reading nook and rooftop: there is 1 step onto a landing, followed by another 17 steps to the third level.

- We welcome babies in our home! However, please note that the space is not baby-proofed. There are no outlet covers, baby monitors, or baby gates (regarding the amount of stairs), so guests are encouraged to bring their own baby safety items.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

Graduation visit to RVA

What a great place to stay with VCU medical’s graduation weekend! We enjoyed walking to Basic City Brewery and a coffee shop, along with accessing the pedestrian bridge across the James River. Relaxing on the top level patio after dark and comfortable beds. Great place to stay with family!

Great stay

The house was in great condition. Well decorated and has everything you need. The check in process was easy and there were no issues. Even had plenty of snacks and coffee for us.

We loved the property! Lots of space, very clean, all the amenities we could need or want. Very close to the convention center for sporting events which was our purpose for being in town. Especially loved having the washer and dryer which worked VERY quickly. Would recommend!!
