We strive to keep Luna Luxury peaceful, clean, and comfortable for every guest.
Please review these house rules before booking:

1. No Smoking or Vaping
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or incense inside the home or on the balcony.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.

2. No Parties or Events
This is a peaceful neighborhood and we strictly prohibit parties, gatherings, or events.
Guests violating this rule may be asked to leave without a refund.

3. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Please respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.

4. Only Registered Guests Allowed
Only the guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property.
No additional visitors without prior approval.

5. Respect the Space
Please treat the home with care.
Report any damages or issues promptly.
Do not move large furniture.

6. Pet Policy
(No pets allowed)

7. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out based on availability for an additional fee.

8. Cleanliness
Please wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Remove excess trash before checkout.
The cleaning fee covers standard turnover only.

9. Safety
Be sure to lock doors and windows when leaving.
For everyone's safety, no open flames (candles, incense, etc.).

10. Compliance
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of stay.
