Quaint St. Pete Bungalow near Downtown

Our unique house is walking distance to USF, All Childrens Hospital, 1.5 miles south of downtown St. Pete (Central Avenue), and a 10 minute walk to the USF SunRunner Station that takes you directly to St. Pete Beach.

OVERVIEW: The house is just under 800 square feet with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and dining room. Perfect for groups of 5 or less. The house has a fully-fenced backyard and an additional side yard with privacy fence.

MASTER: The Master Bedroom has a DreamCloud Queen-sized mattress, FireTV, Full Dresser and Closet.

GUEST BEDROOM: The Guest Bedroom has a Twin-to-Full Bunk Bed: Full Futon mattress (bottom), and Twin loft mattress (mostly suitable for children).

GROUP SPACES: The couch has an ottoman, 50" FireTV, and SuperNintendo. The dining room has 4 very comfortable chairs and a circular glass-top dining table. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (if we are missing anything, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs). There is a full glass-topped range, oven, and refrigerator with freezer. There is no dishwasher. The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer-dryer.

FOR THE FAMILY WITH YOUNG KIDS: There is an additional Pack 'n Play with changing table and high chair available in the Guest Room closet for the little ones. If you need children's dishes, cups or utensils, just let us know prior to your visit and they will be made available to you.

UPGRADES IN PROGRESS: We are in the process of building a custom desk for the Guest Room (coming by the end of March). The backyard is currently in-progress with a projected completion date of March 31st.
