Torn between the ocean view and the sound side view? With this oasis you won't have to choose. Watch the sound from the window in the kitchen and enjoy the ocean views from the primary bedroom as well as the living room. Dining room is set up for family style with a bench style seating area. Each bedroom comes with its own private bath. Living room provides ample seating with a pull-out couch for extra guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Just bring your bathing suit to explore all Cherry Grove has to offer. Did I mention the pool that's right in front of you? We offer many games and puzzles and books for you. This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. You can rent linens for $55 for your stay and can rent a beach tent upon request as well. Pool is open April-October

We enjoyed seeing dolphins from the balcony. The location was fabulous. We enjoyed walking to Cherry Point, the Nature Preserve and Murphys for a Dirty Myrtle.

We had a blast! Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very spacious condo and it felt much bigger than a two bedroom - the layout of the living room and dining area really opened the place up. Perfect location to all the restaurants and shops down the street. Host was very fast to reply to my questions. Comfy beds and living sofa was comfy for lounging after long days on the beach. Five stars!

We stayed on the 3rd floor which had the best views of the ocean and the inlet. You will get a workout with the stairs for it is 6 flight of stairs total. Very low key area and the pool was nice too. Never crowded just walked across the street to the beach and you’re there had an excellent time. Love to go back and stay here again.

Great Views, Great Beds, Greater Disappointments

Beautiful unit with stunning views, comfy beds, and nice decor. That's where the good news ends."Third level" 4 flights of stairs (surprise workout program!). No parking passes - previous guests kept them as souvenirs. The "sanitized" bathroom featured a used Band-Aid and black mildew artwork. Very bohemian. Sheets played musical beds - none fit properly, turning bedtime into a puzzle game.The broken dryer wasn't mentioned until AFTER my clothes were soaking wet. Owner's response: "Oh yeah, it happened last week too." Revolutionary communication! BTW, you are counting on the tenant in front of you to do a good job with laundry, since whatever they wash, you get to use. Which makes me wonder if the dryer was broken... Six days later, the repair person "fixed" it. Spoiler alert: still broken. Discovered this delightful fact with another load of wet clothes.Kitchen faucet doubles as a surprise shower system - who needs water pressure control? For families with kids/dogs, working laundry isn't a luxury - it's survival. That's one of the primary reasons I chose this place. Apologies don't dry clothes, and good intentions don't make sheets fit beds.Three stars for the genuinely spectacular view and extremely comfortable beds (when you can actually make them). But unless you enjoy surprise fitness challenges, plumbing adventures, and turning vacation laundry into extreme sports, keep scrolling.Pro tip: Pack your own towels, backup sheets, and maybe a clothesline.

Great location!

The property was as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Great location with easy access to the beach. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

Long weekend at Cherry Grove

We had a great long weekend stay! We are a family of 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. It was enough room for a long weekend, but would be a little tight for a whole week (the second bedroom is small but we made it work). The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants and the beach access. The living room furniture was worn and a little stained, however I’m sure that’s pretty common with most rentals. We also had difficulty opening the sliding door to go out on the porch as the handle was broken so we weren’t able to enjoy the porch at all. Would recommend if the porch sliding door gets fixed.

Spring Getaway

The roomy 2 bedroom condo has a balcony that looks at the beach and ocean. The condo kitchen is recently renovated and the whole condo has been painted. It looks very nice. The main bathroom has been recently redone. While the stairs are a challenge to do several times a day (to walk my little dog) the path to the beach is just across the street. Wonderful!

Great view and location

This was a cute condo, the veranda was wonderful and great view of the ocean. Short walk to beach and pool was wonderful in the afternoons. Be prepared to get your steps in by walking up the 3 flights of stairs. Only complaint was the doors to the veranda need to be replaced, hard to open and close as well as the bedroom windows did not work and blew in a few times.

Tropical storm Debbie and then Sunshine!

We enjoyed our stay despite TS Debbie. The condo was very convenient to the beach and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean. There were some issues (missing parking passes and Wi-Fi password wouldn't work) but we reached out to Elizabeth and we were able to resolve in a timely manner. We would consider staying here again!

Cherry Grove vacation

Clean and nicely furnished. The stairs were a bit of a challenge. We did notice some maintenance issues that the owner may not be aware of. The sliding glass doors are difficult to open. The bedroom one has a broken handle and we couldn't open it at all. The dryer makes a loud screeching sound. We saw a couple of roaches also. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
