Two Sisters' Cape Escape (Sunroom, Large deck, AC, 1/2 mile to water)

Private home on a large corner lot! The spacious backyard includes a deck with table and chairs and outdoor shower that leads into the home's bright and inviting sunroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, the first bedroom is a queen with the second being a full. There is also a full bath with shower/tub on the first floor. The second floor is the full length of the home—attic turned fully finished loft and includes 2 additional full beds and a half bath! (House sleeps 8 in beds!)

Both the sunroom and the living room include a TV and plenty of seating for all your guests! There is WiFi throughout the home, and central air to keep you cool! The sunrooms leads into the full kitchen which includes a table and chairs that seats 6, a dishwasher, brand new fridge and a lobster pot for all of your summer night needs!

Access to home via Keyless Entry (backdoor). Keypad code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A home Welcome Book will be left with suggestions of our favorite attractions, restaurants and places to go! (a PDF version can also be emailed over prior to arrival)
Other things to note:
1. While we do provide sheets, bedding, and bath towels, we do not provide beach towels. You should plan to bring your own and the house does have a full washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience.

2. Guests are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels. We require that week long guests bring additional supplies.

3. As of July 1, 2019, per state law, all bookings will be subject to the Mass State Lodging Tax. Your stay will be subject to a 14.45% tax.

3. During the months of July and August this is a *7 day rental* (Saturday to Saturday).

The home is located 5/10 of a mile from Englewood Beach, which is a smaller public beach with a public boat launch. It is also the home of the Yarmouth Recreation Sailing Center- where you are able to schedule sailing lessons during your stay!
Colonial Acres Beach, is 1.1 miles away.
Seagull Beach, a much larger public beach with full parking lot is 1.8 miles away. (You do not have to cross Rt. 28 to reach Seagull Beach)
Other attractions: Bayberry Hills Golf Course (3.6 miles away), Mini Golf: Pirate's Cove (1.4 miles) and Skull Island (2.4 miles), Cape Cod Inflatable Park (0.8 miles).
