Spotless! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shower/tubs need handrails for us older folks to stay safe. Same thing for entryway; the distance between steps was really high.

This location left little to be desired - quiet, clean, private, plenty of room, and a stone’s throw from the beach. Had a problem with one of the toilets, plumber out that afternoon, plenty of extra blankets and towels, plenty of parking, and plenty of fans throughout the house. The deck and grill were nice features. The windows appear to all be new and are easy to open. The management was very prompt and responsive. On the minus side - the outside signage is poor and the house is difficult to locate. The lockbox is tricky. The TV was tiny (maybe 35”) with outdated tech, WiFi was problematic, not enough seating in the living room, queen mattress super uncomfortable with an unsecured headboard that hit into the wall every time you moved, fridge ran almost non-stop, not enough serving bowls and no sharp knives (sharpener worthless) in the kitchen. The furnishings are in sore need of updating and the window shades need replacing. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The pros outweigh the cons and we would absolutely stay here again.

Rustic cottage that was clean, terrifically located and walking distance of a beautiful beach on the Bay Side. It was not air conditioned but fans in every room worked fine even on a very hot weekend.

Quaint clean and great location

Thank you for a very nice cape cod experience. The house clean and close to the beach the furniture has a 70s charm much like many cape summer homes ive visited. Kitchen was well furnished with pots, pan, and dishes. Definitely a repeat visit my next visit thank you again.

Clean, close to beach, and plenty of anemities

This quaint cape cod house sits in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and spacious. We did visit during the week of NE's hottest in June. We did have an abundance of fans in all rooms but no A/C. As of note, this is a older furnished home and may not be of some people's liking. We felt it was very nostalgic and indicative of the cape. Enjoyed the deck in the evenings, cooking out and just enjoying a cocktail In the private setting. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent family getaway!

The home was within walking distance to Dennis Beach. It was perfect for our family of four, with two little ones. We didn't have to worry about beach parking and could easily run back to the house when we needed something. Being this close to the beach and at such a reasonable price was a steal! We will be returning next year!

The place was a blast from the past. Absolutely loved it! The host was amazing. We messaged them about no propane for the gas grill. And within a few hours they had dropped off propane! Loved how secluded the backyard felt.

Great spot

Quick weekend trip with little kids. Everything we needed. Walk to the beach, clean comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and great outdoor shower. The deck is a nice spot to sit and relax once the kids have gone to sleep, without waking them. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation

It had everything you needed.2 fans in every room. But one air conditioner in the window by the back door would have cooled the whole house down. Nice open floor plan. Was very hot and muggy when we were there. Much needed hand rails on front steps would have been nice. And some cleanup landscaping would have made the outside look much more appealing. Great walking areas. The ocean is just around the corner and 4 beaches are close by. You could even walk to one if you were up for it. Dennis is a beautiful area!

Close to beach, quiet, no frills

There's some benefits to staying in this home; close/walkable (10-12 min) to Bayview beach, very quiet & peaceful, and is close to parks, restaurants, etc. Because there is no AC, when we arrived, both bathroom floors had a lot of water on them due to the toilet tanks condensing. The cable didn't work, the outside trash can was completely full. The coffeemaker wasn't cleaned, and the trash bags were dirty from being reused. The property manager was very responsive. A contractor came by to check, the toilets, they scheduled a trash pick up, and had the cable company come out to replace the cable box.

Greatest house I have ever stayed at in cape cod

Staying in the house was so convenient especially due to the accessibility to the ocean. The neighbors are non invasive and it is nice.

Less than stellar

Arrived at 3:45, 15 minutes early for check in and cleaner was just getting there, claimed that they had gotten lost. Was not finished in time for us to check in at 4. Found tampon applicator and empty bottles under master bed. Trash cans were all full on arrival, animals got into them and spread trash through yard, and we had no where to put bags. Took 3 days to get a response from 1 of the 3 phone numbers we were given as local contacts. I picked up the trash so we didn’t have to look at it. Advertised that house has AC, it does not. Outdoor shower is a great feature but extremely unkempt with rotted wood. Second time staying here, first stay was similar, had given them a second chance as everyone has a bad day, figured it would be better. It wasn’t. Liked the beach it’s close to, and the walk was easy.

Nice house, no A/C

The listing specifically said the house had air conditioning, and it did not. It was a clean enough home, with a short walk to the beach, but not having air conditioning (especially when that was expected) was a huge disappointment - particularly with children and during a heat wave no less. It’s a decent place for the money, but be warned.

This place needs TLC!

Although this rental is only about a 5 minute walk to Bayview Beach, the property and house need A LOT of work. Not worth the money that I was charged to stay here!

Sweet home in East Dennis

This home was exactly as described . Immaculate to walk into. Had hard time getting key lock to open and there was no back up key. After 3 phone calls got the right person who knew the trick to open lock box. Home is spacious and rooms were good size. I would live there year round If I could. Growing up on the cape is hard to go back and not have your family home anymore and have to rent a place. But loved our t iij me there and would recommend this home to anyone.

Wondrous trip back home

Rented this cute place. Found it immaculate and cozy. There were some issues getting with the lock box and after the 3rd phone call got someone who knew how to open it. Would for sure rent this place again. With two full bathrooms for 3 ladies it was perfect Easy 10 minute walk to Bayview beach. Was there for our 50th DY HS reunion. So it was great to stay on the 6A side of the cape.
