This two-bedroom condo is at the perfect elevation to overlook one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. STERLING SANDS CONDOMINIUM IS A HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER COMPLEX in the heart of Destin and the Emerald Coast. This clean and well-appointed 4th floor Sterling Sands unit is an absolute gem...it features all of the amenities, was not rented by the private owner until very recently, and features an amazing, large balcony with unobstructed views less than 30 yards from the stunning crystal-white sand. It's a quiet location in the middle of all of the Destin fun, with easy, expansive private beach access, private parking, a newly resurfaced heated pool, a private fitness center, and a covered grilling area.

Fantastic experience

The unit is very nice. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and it is clean. Very easy access to the pool and beach with a beautiful view from the large deck. Located close to everything you’ll need during your stay.

The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked, but only negative was the wristbands (for pool/beach/fitness access had to be purchased seperately. Also the beach chairs and umbrella for beach use was not included during stay. Overall, we had a great stay. Views were amazing and communication with owner was good.

Great property with a fantastic view!

This is an awesome place to relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean front view from the beach or balcony. It was the best vacation me and my husband have had in 40 years! We loved every minute of our stay, and the host was great as well.

Perfectly located property with cozy feel, gorgeous view, and great amenities

Our family of 4 stayed for a week in June and highly recommend this property. We used the on-site gym, outdoor pool, and beach snow cone vendor and chairs and umbrellas: no complaints! The property is well secured with staff available around the clock, though we did not have to call them. The front desk had helpful local information and the property is in walking distance of delicious restaurants and a short drive from others. The owner was very responsive and we hope to be back!

Great spot in Destin

We had a blast. Things we loved about this place was proximity to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded so we always got straight out to a desired spot and there weren’t tents everywhere blocking line of sight.

Clean, elegant, fashionable, well-appointed, private, secure, and in the perfect location

Guests are required to fill out the Sterling Sands Check-In form prior to arrival.

This Condominium Facility has strict privacy standards that allow it to remain exclusive and secure to guests and their families. Every guest (age 5 and above) must pay a modest amenity user fee for parking and overall facility use, which is monitored by full-time security. Guests (age 5 and above) are required to wear a wristband (issued at time of arrival) in order to access the pool area, fitness center, grilling area, and beach. Parking passes are required to park at the Facility.

This is an exclusive condominium that maintains strict privacy standards that allow it to remain safe, secure, and private. Guests are required to fill out the Sterling Sands Check-In form to order wristbands and parking passes prior to arrival. This security and privacy absolutely enhances your Destin beach and facility experience.
