Yorktown retirement

A lovely apartment. Comfy bed and great shower. Very well done, new and clean. A dimmer might be a good idea in main room and a clock in bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place and location

We came to town for a wedding and this location was great! Colleen was very responsive and the property was in great shape! Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Charleston.

Great Spot!

If you're looking for somewhere simple, this is the place. The space is super clean, and comfortable. Just the right size for a couple for a few nights stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Cute Condo

I stayed at this property with my husband and brother in law for a week. It was very clean and well maintained. Very nice little place for a getaway. The owners were very respondent to problems. We had an A/C leak/drip that was able to be fixed quickly. Overall, we enjoyed staying here but wish the AC was a bit more powerful and the bed a bit softer! We would stay here again! 4.5/5 rating.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I attended a family reunion in Charleston. We stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and beauty of the place. I would highly recommend this bungalow.

Don’t go and ruin it!

I normally don’t leave reviews because I like to keep good spots like this a secret! But it really is a super little couple’s retreat. Although it’s part of another property, we never saw a soul. Totally quiet and private. Peaceful neighborhood but ridiculously convenient to all the goods in Mt P. Only a few minutes drive to Chas. Or one cheap Uber ride. Offers all the amenities, nice hot shower, highly recommended.

Here for work

This property is beautiful!! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and close to lots of activities. My only issue was the stairs. If stairs are a problem for people, this is not the place for you. I would give this property a 9 out of 10, simply because the stairs were difficult for me personally.

Lovely Apartment

My excellent ratings are accurate. Location was near many restaurants, shops and grocery store. Convenient for getting to the downtown area of Charleston. Owners were helpful in responding to our needs. Booklet available with helpful info about the heating and air conditioning unit.

Wonderful Property

We had a get a way before my convention in Charleston. This is close to many great restaurants on Shem Creek. Minutes from downtown Charleston and Sullivan's Island beaches. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Looks brand new. Nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood. It was great for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again.
