Guests enjoy a private 425 sq. foot, 1 bedroom detached mother-in-law suite with a full bathroom, living room, and kitchenette...

The cozy bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk area, and a closet.

The living room has a couch, & a Roku TV with complimentary access to a 'Guest' Netflix profile and a USB flash drive full of movies

The bathroom has a sit-in shower and a supply of fresh bath linens and toiletries.

The kitchenette provides an eating table for 2, K-cup coffee machine, toaster oven, fridge, hotplate and microwave. Complimentary coffee and tea is available, as well as some savory and sweet snacks.

Host was very responsive - it is good to note that this property doesn’t have a stove only a hot pot or toaster oven - does have a microwave and full size refrigerator. Place was very clean and well kept.

Thanks for your review! I feel the need to respond to your notes about the kitchen amenities provided in my listing. Anyone who reads all the notes provided will clearly see it's listed as a kitchenette with a toaster oven and a hot plate. Charleston has strict rules about providing a full oven to short term rental guests and I provide as much as possible to get guests there. So sorry you didn't see the notes before you booked

Loved everything about it, just had trouble getting the heat to work. I'm sure it was something I wasn't doing right. Otherwise, the unit was exactly as described and I would definitely stay again.

Beach Vacation

This was the best cozy little stay that my husband and I have stayed in! It was easy to get to and in the best spot around everything! It was the best and amazing! Would highly recommend it to anyone and we will be back!

This was such a great place to stay for the weekend while my friend and I were in town for an event. Location is great bc it's so close to Walmart, CFA, etc. Place was clean, smelled nice, bathroom was stocked with products (we brought our own but still nice to have), extra blankets which were definitely appreciated. The host was responsive when I messaged, was proactive with sending rental info, AND had a "menu" for rental rules, wifi codes and all the things. Great choice for our quick turnaround trip and we would totally stay here again. Thanks James!

Nice spot for a quick getaway

We stayed here for a couple of nights visiting Charleston. We had no issues with the property and the place was clean and had some complimentary snacks as well. We would definitely stay again.
