In Charleston for 3 days from out of state

A sweet little spot close to downtown

We loved this property! It was in a great area and close to downtown just as advertised. Close to everything really. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice spot for a quick getaway

We stayed here for a couple of nights visiting Charleston. We had no issues with the property and the place was clean and had some complimentary snacks as well. We would definitely stay again.

Good for resting our heads!

This little property was just what we needed as my husband and I spent a few days in Charleston at a conference/ out for meals with friends. The kitchen was well stocked for quick bites, the Keurig pods were good and strong, and James was kind enough to turn the lights on for us when we ended up not getting in until much later than expected the first night. Super easy and quick drive into/ out of Charleston with very little traffic at the times we were driving. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication was easy and responsive, and it was a fine stay for what we needed.

Easy Breezy VRBO Experience

The property is in a quiet area, but conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and everyone we wanted to visit with. The process with the host was easy and seamless, and everything we needed was there for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Get-together

The location was perfect for us since we were 6 minutes from our friends house for Thanksgiving. We were able to enjoy downtown Charleston, go to Folly beach and take in the Fantasy Lights show. Great weekend! We'd stay again.

Very cozy and comfy place!

Jim is a wonderful host and person. Enjoy talking with him and meeting him. He was there to greet and welcome me. Will continue to stay there when I visit folly Beach and Charleston area.

Perfect for couples

The tiny modular home was perfect- the kitchen and living room shared open space! The tv instructions were easy to understand and we enjoyed watching The Ranch on Netflix! The bathroom had enough room and shower had the perfect warm water! The bedroom had the coolest lamps! The bed was very comfortable!

Nice stay

Every thing as described, 10 minute drive to Folly island beach. Short drive to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed a nice stay in a quiet area.

Charleston 2024

Our host was very friendly and his dog Ruby was also very friendly! The mobile home had everything we needed and the location to downtownCharleston was only a 10-15 minute car ride away! Only one minor drawback is the couch wasn’t very comfortable but this wouldn’t deter us from a return stay because everything else was so nice

Very nice

Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in.

Best getaway ever

My daughter and i wanted some beach time without all the party ruckus, we were about 10 minutes drive further out in a quiet neighborhood. James was lovely and pointed us in the direction of a lovely local low country restaurant for dinner. Everything was spotless for my daughter when she got to the place and i was incredibly thankful at how comfortable the bed was after a full day packing and coming on a flight late at night from kansas. Being handicapped somewhat i was surprise to discover theres a ramp to the door instead of stairs, i figured if just have to make do. A big thank you to james for his hospitality, the treats in the kitchen, the niceties in the bathroom and even the charger ports on the nightstand, they were all unexpected treats.
