Grab your favorite drink and find a comfy resting place on one of the three decks to watch the sunset over Cascade Bay and the Rosario Mansion. You can't get away from the beautiful San Juan views in this midcentury, cozy tri-level home. It comfortably sleeps 6 (with one King, one Queen, and one Queen pullout). Take a stroll right from the front door to Cascade Lake and Moran State Park. Nature and relaxation await you.

The house is in a great spot, about 13 minutes from town. Check-in is super easy since there's a lock box on the porch railing and the kitchen is extremely well stocked for most cooking needs.

What a view! The sunsets were magic on the west facing deck! The layout of this spot was great for our two families - we each had our own space to retreat. We hope to stay here again next time we are on Orcas.

Those views!

We were a group of two couples and this house was perfect for us. The views can't be beat and we really enjoyed relaxing on the deck. We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house was perfectly set up for two couples including to accommodate a few of us working remotely. The views were amazing and the kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook meals at home.

Magical Stay on Orcas Island

Beautiful home on the eastern side of the island. Located up in the trees with the most incredible views of the water and sunsets, we were right near the state park and a quick drive from the cute town of Eastsound as well. The home was very clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Would visit again in a heartbeat!

Amazing views, Great Location

I’d stay here again for the views alone. The house is very comfortable and the location is perfect for outings around the island. Jennifer promptly responded to answer questions and offer advice. We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic view

Comfortable home, well stocked to make it convenient for guests. Hard to pull ourselves off the patio with the fantastic view of Rosario Harbor! Nice set up for couples or a small family with the two separate sleeping/living room areas, as long as you're OK with stairs. Nice, quiet location with nice amenities and nicely decorated.

Wonderful and Relaxing stay in the woods

First time visitors to the San Juan's from the UK and we struck lucky with this rental. It is a lovely setting with great views and sunsets. The house was as advertised and the owners very helpful with information and suggestions for places to visit and eat. The welcome birthday cake and bottle of fizz was a thoughtful touch. No hesitation in recommending

Not really a “treehouse “ but certainly high up on the hillside.Lovely views from the huge windows. Eclectic decor.We appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us.Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We could hear the music across the bay at Resario (not loud)

Orcas tree house

Unique location on a beautiful island. Commanding view from cliff side. Beautiful sunsets, serene setting. House is nicely designed and thought out. It is very much a home and I felt very comfortable here. Loved it.

Amazing View, Close to Rosario

This house was perfect for our family and visit to the island. The view was even better than expected! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is a short drive from Eastsound and everywhere we wanted to visit on Orcas. The communication and recommendations from Jennifer were excellent! We didn’t want to leave, would absolutely stay here again!

Our Orcas Island getaway

This is a great house on Orcas Island with amazing views of the mountains and water! The sunsets on the patio were amazing and so beautiful! The communication with the owner was prompt and friendly, they even left us a little welcome gift upon arrival. The house was spacious, had everything we needed to make meals, be cozy and relax. We would highly recommend this house for those wanting a nice quiet vacation in the treetops! We were sad to leave, but would love to come back again.

Stunning Views, Charming Home

What a unique and beautiful space! The views of East Sound were absolutely stunning (as advertised), walking distance to the trail complex around cascade lake, 15 minute drive from Eastsound… so the location was ideal for us (outdoorsy, active people looking for a base camp to do outings around the island. The home itself was lovely also, charming decor, all the amenities we needed (as advertised), great natural light and patio/deck space for morning coffee and evening stars. I would absolutely stay here again! In case it does not come through as well in the photos, it is a lot of stairs and incline both inside and outside the home (not a hang up for a bunch of 30 somethings, but older or less mobile folks should be aware).

The best house we have tried yet.

We have been coming to the islands for years and have stayed at many great houses but I think that this one is the best we have ever stayed at. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are all very comfortable. Then there is the view. What a view! You're not going to find better in the San Juans. Sit on the deck and relax for hours. You wont' regret it. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs.
