Located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and famous landmarks, this townhome ensures the whole crew stays entertained!

After an adventurous day, return home to prepare a meal in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen and watch a family favorite on the large flat screen SmartTV. Every floor has its very own balcony with a perfect corner view of the water and boat dock.

All Bedrooms have cozy comforters, extra pillows, and a large flat screen Smart TV! Bathrooms are stocked with fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.

Amazing rental property

This place was great, right next to a marina with a nice dock to lounge at. Within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants, a great breakfast shop, and most importantly, the beach. Comes with a beach cart and multiple beach chairs. Great entertainment space in the living room and everything you need to cook a big meal in the kitchen. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hosts and terrific vacation location!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. We had a group of nine staying for our spring break. We loved the quiet property with a beautiful view of the bay and the dock. We also loved being just a couple blocks from the beach and easy walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and fun. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a great touch. We couldn’t have asked for much more. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Spectacular Views

Well equipped kitchen, clean home. The views from the home are gorgeous and sitting on the dock is heaven! Park your car and almost never need to use it, beach, bars and restaurants are all just a stroll away. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we wished it was longer!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It was very close to restaurants and the beach and it had all we needed and a beautiful view off of the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and nice place.

The location was great, and the check in process was simple and easy. Parking was also a great benefit as the two car garage helped immensely. It was also awesome to have the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would definitely recommend and we would stay again!

Very clean and close to the beach!

This place is very clean and has every amenity you could ask for! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys came in handy especially since the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful home, incredible location!

This place is perfect. <5 minute walk to tons of great bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host thought of everything - beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a rolling cart to bring everything you need to the beach. Views of the water and 3 different balconies. Would highly recommend!

Best amenities ever!

Everything from towels, pans, air fryer, whatever you wanted was in the house and brand new. New blankets and the rest of the house was very clean and staying on the water made this place 10x better. Took a 3 minute walk to get to the beach and 3 minute walk to the liquor store so basically the perfect location for a beach vacation. You can walk everywhere you’d need to go from this location.

Perfect Location - Book Now!

I stayed here with my family - 2 adults, 4 year old, 18mos and 2 uncles and this spot was perfect! They were very kid friendly - pack n play, high chair, kitchen supplies and a plus was all of the beach supplies! They had a dump trunk and all sorts of sand toys with beach chairs, cooler and a wagon! Just a short walk to the beach which was perfect. It is three levels so I suggested a baby gate which they said they would definitely investigate. We just used a large suitcase to block the stairs :). We’d definitely stay here again!! I felt like the three floors gave more privacy to each family. The “nook”/closet on the second floor was perfect for the pack n play! So almost like three rooms for our family! Bathrooms were big and we loved the huge shower! Book it now!

They thought of everything!

Very nice accommodations. Great location a block from the beach and walking distance to EVERYTHING. No searching or paying for parking. The house was stocked with games, beach accessories, plenty of dishes (including baby dishes and a high chair), utensils, and appliances including an Instapot, air fryer, waffle maker and more. Relaxing views of the harbor and lots of space, albeit vertical. LOTS of stairs (four levels including the ground entry) so not ideal for individuals with mobility concerns. Stocked laundry room and utility sink in the 2-car garage was helpful. Host was attentive and responded almost immediately the few times I emailed. I could go on, but suffices to say we definitely recommend. Family of five (kids 9-17)

Vacation Rental that Exceeds Expectations

We rented this property to celebrate the holidays with our family in Tampa. Here are the selling points to this rental. The owners are amazing both in responsiveness, and considerable efforts to make you feel at home. The house is stocked with tissues in each room, paper towels in the kitchen, beach toys and chairs, use of a washer-dryer, a flat screen TV in each bedroom, luxurious towels and bedding, coffee, tea, sweeteners, baby utensils, etc. The Owners promptly respond to every email, and all of your questions promptly. We were traveling with three generations of family, including a baby, so cleanliness was important as well as location, and this rental is perfect on both accounts. We got so much more than we expected. You walk into this four-floor apartment, and you feels like the first guests ever there. The first floor is a two-car garage; the second floor is an open floor plan with a flat screen TV, couches, a large dining room table and a great kitchen with all of the amenities. The top floor houses a master bedroom with a King Bed, nice bedding, and a great view of the harbor, and 2 bedrooms on the floor below with a queen and two double beds. The whole place is spacious and comfortable. There are two very large bathrooms with great showers, double sinks, and some extras. We could walk everywhere in town due to its central location. We would stay here again and recommend that you do the same!
