Five bedroom and two bathroom home in Narragansett with a short walk to Scarborough State Beach. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. Our downstairs space has been renovated and includes a full bath, 2 bedrooms and laundry room. Each bedroom has window air conditioner unit. Our outdoor space offers a deck, gas grill and fire pit. Linens will be provided.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was truly perfect and fit everyone comfortably. My kids loved running around in the spacious backyard and using the fire pit for s’mores. The location is also amazing! 8 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the ferry and a 25 minute drive to Newport. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great beach house

I was here with a bunch of friends for a weekend in the sun. Was able to use the great location to go fishing in Galilee one day and block island ferry the next. Outside space was great for yard games, grilling and the fire pit was great. Overall, great time.

Perfect spot

Easy walking distance to a nice beach, and a spotless, big home with all the amenities. Safe neighborhood and a cozy yard. Tons of beds for big families. Loved staying here and will definitely return.

Great location, amenities, & cleanliness

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was ideal for our trip being so close to the beach as well as a 25-30 min drive into downtown Newport areas. The house was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend. We loved using the outdoor firepit and having full bathrooms and bedrooms on sept floors. There was aslo yard games, board games, even a pack & play for small children if needed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Cutest little home!

We stayed here for our first annual friends vacation and it was beautiful! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Well stocked! The downstairs is beautifully refinished and has a separate living room which was perfect for our toddler. 10/10! Would definitely stay again.

Great place for families

We had a great stay at the house. Within walking distance to the beach and plenty of space for our multigenerational family! Rebecca was very attentive anytime I reached out. No problems. Everything was excellent!

Nicely appointed house in a quiet residential area. The hosts were great and very quick to reply. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for kids to play.

Property was perfect for our needs; vacation near the beach for ourselves, children and grandchildren. The hosts were able to address all our questions and the facilities were more than adequete and very homey. There are no aspects of this rental which we found lacking. We very highly recommend this rental.

Family wedding

Quiet neighborhood, great location! 5 family members (adults) from different parts of the country rented this house together- plenty of space for us. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals I’ve been in! I would rent this house again!

Cute cottage, great for families

Great cottage about 15 min. walk or 3 minute drive to the beach. We loved the deck and fenced in yard. We were impressed with the new bed linens and comfortable mattresses. Basement rooms and bathroom look brand new and were spacious. Upstairs bathroom was a bit dated, but clean and functional. Kitchen and open living room were very nice and tastefully decorated. Providing extra waters and snacks and coffee was a nice touch. Owners were responsive and friendly. We hope to rent again next year!

Great stay

Rebecca’s place was clean and comfortable. The house had everything thing we needed: comfy beds, clean linens, and everything for cooking and grilling. Nice backyard with firepit! The air conditioning worked great on hot and humid days. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay again!

No issues, would stay again.

House was as advertised. Plenty of room and they had portable A/C units for the hot days. They had puzzles and games for the kids and a nice, enclosed backyard.

Beautiful and comfortable

This home was both beautiful and comfortable. Its location was perfect. There were so many amenities and extras, like small snacks. The value for this size home and location was excellent. The yard is lovely with a deck and grill. Fianlky,the owners were so responsive, but nothing went wrong so i didn’t have to communicate with them much. We are definitely returning!
