Great house in a beautiful location

Stayed for 6 days with friends and family, house had plenty of room for everyone and was accommodating to a last minute pet addition to the stay. Hot tub was one of the biggest hits. Will book this place again for sure.

Super place

Stayed for a few nights with my growing family. Chalet was appointed and stocked, we had everything we could have needed. Slightly smaller than I expected but worked well.

I’m very merry Christmas.

The breathtaking views and the snow on the ground made this cabin in the woods a perfect Christmas getaway. The hot tub was amazing and the Bluetooth radio and TVs for Christmas movies were also perfect. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The beds were very comfortable And the large dining room table was perfect for family dining.

Gorgeous cabin with spectacular views

We stayed at the end of August with a group of 3 kids and 5 adults and had a wonderful time. The view from the great room and deck was amazing, and there was room for the whole group to find the space. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. The kids loved the fire pit and hot tub and the bar downstairs by the family room was a nice touch. wewere very atten

Cozy Ski Retreat

We stayed here with two families, a total of 9 people (5 kids), the room set ups are perfect to share with two families and was set up with xbox and other streaming services. Kitchen was stocked, the place was clean, the PM team was super responsive and pro-active. The hot tub was super clean and it was just a cozy house to enjoy friends and family after skiing all day. Short ride to Sunday River. We would definitely go back! Thank you!

Beautiful Relaxing Vacay for the Holidays!

Dave and Kim were so great in helping us throughout our stay! Their home was absolutely gorgeous and more than we could’ve asked for. This was definitely the best vacation i’ve been on. We had everything from 3+ bathrooms, beautiful showers, hot tub, game room, game consoles, full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. Throughout our stay there was a storm in Maine, but Dave and Kim were right there to help us out and make sure we had a great stay. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful Sunday River ski house

The home was beautiful- very clean, well-decorated, and the beds and furrniture were comfortable. The location was fantastic and we had picturesque moutain views. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner, and the second fridge in the basement was very helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the rooms are much smaller than they appeared in the listing's pictures and because the host accused us of sneaking in a dog when we first arrived. We chose this property because it was dog-friendly, had a lot of communication with the host about our dog, and paid the extra cleaning fee all back when we first booked the property. It turns out it was just a simple case of miscommunication between the husband and wife management team and they apologized profusely for the mistake. But, knowing we were actively being watched on the security cameras made it hard to relax on this vacation.

Thank you Cathleen for your thoughtful reviews of our home. I'm truly pleased that the scenic views contributed to your exceptional experience. I would also like to extend my apologies for any miscommunication regarding your pet. Our cameras are placed outside the properties primarily for monitoring snow build-up, with no intent to observe guests. Our aim remains to ensure that each and every guest enjoys a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Our hosts gave us lots of information about the nearby town, where to eat etc! The house was just what we wanted for a short June stay. We explored the local trails and enjoyed a great family vacation.
