Great home for a group vacation. Our group had three families with ages ranging from 5-45 and everyone had a great time. It is out of the city which was nice for parking and privacy. Very close to Red Rocks and the dinosaur trail. The final booking/registration process was a bit more cumbersome than I am used to, but I understand the need to keep the vacation home maintained and secure.

Hi Sasha, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are thrilled to hear that your multi-family vacation was a success and that everyone, from the 5-year-olds to the 45-year-olds, had a great time. It is awesome that you were able to take advantage of the privacy, easy parking, and the close proximity to Red Rocks and the dinosaur trail. We also really appreciate your candid and understanding feedback regarding the registration process. We know extra steps can feel a bit cumbersome, but as you mentioned, it truly helps us keep the property secure and well-maintained for all of our guests. You all were wonderful guests, and we would love to welcome your families back to PlayHouse the next time you need a group getaway!

Fun for All!

This house had something to offer everyone in our group. It was fun, clean and comfortable. The host company was very easy to work with and contact. My only con would be lots of pre-stay ‘paper work’. As a frequent VRBO user I didn’t expect to need that but understandable.

Had a great staycation here for a birthday. Place is very fun and lots of space. Only draw back is the amount of supplies for a 16 person listing. There were 8 forks, 20 bath towels (there is a hot tub so i thought there would be more). Also no kitchen towels. Some of the property had some light damage, like a broken towel hanger, broken bottom shelf of fridge, and one of the recliners down not recline. They were able to get us more silverware and help us locate what we thought were just 8 bath towels. So they are very responsive. All in all a fun stay and would recommend for the price.

Hi Tyler, I'm glad to hear that you had a fun staycation and that our team was able to help out quickly when you reached out. Thank you for being so detailed with your feedback regarding the supplies and the maintenance items. We want the house to be fully equipped for large groups, so I’ve already shared your notes with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to get those repairs made and to ensure the kitchen and linens are better stocked for a group of 16 or more. We really appreciate the recommendation and your patience while we got those extra items over to you. We'd love the chance to host you again and provide an even better experience next time!
