Windsor Island is Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort, AND so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you in shape while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor at Westside is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.

Windsor at Westside Resort is strategically located in the Kissimmee area, with easy access to the theme parks, dining and shopping. For those who are visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks, via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to the Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Access to this “secret” west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance.

Family trip

This property is awesome. Everything was clean and functional. My only critique would be it need new knives, they were all dull. I donated a hand mixer didn't have one. And also there were ants everywhere, but we go some bug spray

You will love this house

Overall the stay was amazing. I don’t like the fact that we have to pay to use the grill and to have the pool heated. I think that should be included. Please bring your own washclothes they had a plenty of towels but not washcloths, better quality of pans and variety needed. Plenty of space and the house is lovely you will definitely be satisfied

Bad experience with the Executivevillasflorida.com

I would advise that anyone renting a house managed by Executive Villas Florida (EVF), that their office is closed from noon on Saturday until 9:00 am on Monday.What the property lacked was pots and pans that did not have the coating peeling off and any large casserole pans. For some reason, the resort did not pick up trash from the street for the first two days of our trip, resulting in disgusting smells and over-flowing cans all along the curb. The rental reservation was handled in an odd way. After I paid the final payment along with the Accidental Damage Protection through VRBO on June 22, 2023, I received a message about an hour later from VRBO that the reservation was cancelled. I immediated sent a message to VRBO and receive an email (through VRBO) from Executive Villas Florda that the reservation was still good. All further, com and info was sent to my private email outside of VRBO. I still don't know what happened, EVF claimed it was a mistake on their part. At the conclusion of the rental, I received an accusation from EVF. The email was worded, "Hello Matah, (name misspelled) We noticed after your check out that a lamp from the bedroom is missing.Do you care to explain what happened?" Included were 2 photos, one from July 9 - a month prior to our rental, showing 2 lamps in a room, and one from July 12, showing 1 lamp. I believe that we are being accused of taking the lamp. We have been good VRBO customers for several years.
