Kaanapali Shores 905 one-bedroom penthouse featuring amenities such as a magnificent ocean view, comfortable seating area, and a private lanai. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room.

Accessible by the resort elevators, this top 9th-floor unit boasts upgraded countertops, plentiful cabinets, and a full-size kitchen with ocean views. The bright and spacious living area opens to a private lanai with an expansive 180-degree ocean view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, listening to tropical birds, and watching the sunset. The bedroom offers a spectacular ocean view, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the sea without ever getting up.

Guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival and pay a parking fee of $10.95/day if applicable.

Kaanapali Shores offers a variety of amenities, including two swimming pools, two spa pools, shops, a gym (separate charge), a restaurant/bar, tennis courts, a pickleball court, and beach access. - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

Great place to stay

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It is in a great location overlooking the resort and ocean. The resort has a nice little restaurant and bar with two large pools. The beaches are close as are the grocery store, local eateries and food carts. Overall a great location.

Beyond expectations

Our condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. We could see whales! The beach is very convenient and the beach items that were available came in very handy and were much appreciated.our only complaint was that our trip ended much too soon. We would certainly love to come again and stay longer.

Maui Getaway

We were very pleased with the accommodations of this unit. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The pools were nice and clean. The beach had easy, quick access. Short distance to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

Another great visit

We've stayed at this property for over a decade, this was our first visit though to this unit. It was immaculate, had an amazing view, had all the usual needs covered, cozy bed and overall space, we loved it. We will be back!

Beautiful Maui Ocean View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Shores! The view is amazing, perfect for anyone coming during whale season. It was early for our stay, but we saw several whales in the distance. The kitchen was well equipped and the starter pack of coffee, tea, popcorn, etc was a nice touch. The only thing we could have used was a magnified mirror in the bathroom. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, immaculate, fully stocked condo!

This condo was gorgeous with an amazing view! Everything seemed brand new. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed so we didn’t have to buy silly things such as seasonings, paper towels and ziplocs! Dinnerware, glassware and silverware were beautiful and brand new! Even included beach chairs, ice chest and blue ice which we used each day. I wanted to purchase a beach umbrella to donate to the condo but I could only find rentals. Provided plenty of towels and bedding (although we don’t use the pull out couches). Bonus for families that there is a couch and oversized chair pullout-very nice! Laundry soap and a basket was a nice touch too. Master bedroom window was tough to open and lanai table was a bit big. The bedroom tower fan was perfect. Hawaiian art & decor throughout was nice. Property manager available and responsive, they even brought an iron to the room! I’ve stayed in several condos at the shores and this one is rated very high!

Amazing view

We had originally booked a unit at Kaanapali shores with another company. Three weeks out, they canceled on us. It turned out to be a blessing! Quam properties is incredible! They are so nice & helpful. They respond quickly & address any need right away. We will only use them from now on. The resort, is an older resort & hallways could use some love. Don’t let that worry you. Once you walk inside the unit, you will be happy. There are two pools. One that’s tropical & fun that adults & kids alike go to & the 2nd pool by the restaurant is primarily adults & more quiet/laid back. We ate at the restaurant several times for the convenience. Many reviews were negative but the majority of meals we had were good & the staff there are great! The unit, you can’t beat the views. It is so beautiful!!! It has big sliding doors to enjoy the view, patio table & chairs. Great place to drink coffee each morning. It is well equipped with anything you could need The kitchen even has spices. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit & would definitely stay there again ( if the mattress is replaced. It’s our only con. It’s so hard, we woke up hurting each morning. When we couldn’t take it anymore, I called Quam properties & requested a cost mattress topper & they had one for us by that afternoon!! It made the bed way better! However, that’s when we discovered the mattress slants/dips down in the middle. We didn’t notify Quam (leaving soon) but I have no doubt they will fix it once I do.
