The perfect home away from home on vacation!

Another wonderful stay at this property in Kennebunk with Coastline! The house has a great layout for relaxing inside, enjoying a meal on the patio, or simply unwinding while on vacation. The location is perfect—just a short walk into town. The Coastline team is always incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions before or during your stay. Highly recommend for your next road trip to Maine!

Perfect long weekend in KPT!

We had such a great time at this perfect vacation rental! About a mile to the beach and 5-7 mins to the square with shops and restaurants- you can’t beat the location!! The property manager was super communicative and helpful. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay!! We will be back with this company next year for sure!!

Great downtown vacation home

We stayed a week in this comfy and tidy home during the summer. The location alllowed an easy walk into Kennebunkport so you can leave the car in the driveway. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, as well as a fantastic playground.

Fantastic Location

While it was unusually hot during our stay (the portable a/c's had a little trouble keeping up) - we absolutely loved the location to Dock Square and Gooch's beach. The amenities and outdoor shower were a hit - and enjoyed the outdoor grill and deck.

Great house for your Kennebunk Trip

This is our second time staying at this house and it didn't disappoint again! The house is walking distance into town which is great for finding local shops, restaurants, and more. The house was as described and came with a lot of great perks like the beach parking pass, outdoor shower, kitchen appliances, and space to spread out. My dog especially loved the spacious yard and exploring the local walking paths around town. The patio is great in the evenings, especially with the heater. Hope to visit again soon!

Lovely home, great location

This home was clean, cared for, and had a well stocked kitchen, including great tools for cracking and eating lobster! We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown, and the outdoor shower was a slice of heaven. My husband and three-year-old daughter and I went to the beach every day we were there, and we were so grateful for the parking pass that let us park for free at Gooches. We had a lovely time in this lovely home.

Close To Everything!!

The house was perfect for our stay! It was clean, nicely decorated with super comfortable beds, comfy bedding and a fantastic outdoor shower. We walked to town every morning for coffee and breakfast treats and walked to dinner and ice cream most nights So convenient not to have to find in town parking!! The beach pass was much appreciated!! We loved it all! We highly recommend putting two club chairs in the den TV room for more seating. Otherwise, perfecto!

I really wanted to love this property, but the home did not justify the price. The location is excellent, so it may work well for guests who mainly care about walking to town and have children sleeping upstairs. However, the house itself felt more like a 3-star property with a 5-star price tag.The two upstairs bedrooms appear to be in a converted attic. The stairs are extremely steep, with no proper landing, creating a serious hazard for anyone unsteady. The only bathroom is downstairs, making nighttime trips difficult.Despite paying substantial cleaning and pet fees, guests are instructed to wash and dry towels, strip the beds, wash all dishes, and return them to the cabinets before the 10:00 AM checkout. With five people sharing one bathroom, this required everyone to wake very early just to shower and complete the required cleaning.There were also several maintenance and safety concerns: an electrical outlet pulled completely out of the wall, too few bedroom outlets, smoke detectors with no visible power lights, and very loud AC units that could not cool the upstairs bedrooms even when outdoor temperatures were in the 50s and 60s. The washing machine was broken, with a damaged soap cover and dial and visible mold around the rim. Heavy dust in the basement and upstairs closets also triggered allergy attacks.The sunroom is very nice, and the main downstairs level is nicely decorated.

The floor plan is nice and the backyard is great with a deck and lots of shade. We used the kitchen and the outside grill. Walk to the square was easy with lots of good places to eat and things to see. Upstairs rooms are comfortable although stairs are a little steep for very young kids. The big bedroom on the first floor is perfect. These four adults and the 2 yr old enjoyed the stay very much!
