Modern townhome with elevator! - 5 min walk to the beach

3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome in Seaside Villas #33 located in Atlantic Beach. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The second floor has a king master bedroom with 65" smart TV and a queen bedroom (with 50" smart TV) as well as a washer and dryer.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have workstations for those who need to get some work done while being away. A computer screen is provided in the master bedroom on the second floor.

The third floor has a king master bedroom with 65" smart TV and bath.
Second and third floor masters have private balconies overlooking the pool area.

Towels and linen are provided. Wifi internet access and Smart TVs available in each room. All floors are accessible through an elevator for easy access.

The Seaside Villa community has direct access to the beach (5 min walk), as well as a beautiful pool area steps from the back patio. While there are restaurants, in walking distance, the unit is only minutes away from downtown Morehead City and beautiful Beaufort.

The interior includes new furnishings. Keyless entry front door, recliner sofa, 65" smart TV on the walls. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee/tea maker, airfryer, and mixer. New dining room set that sits 6 people and a breakfast bar that can sit 4 more people. Charcoal grill provided on the back patio with the patio providing direct access to the pool area (with child proof gate).

The unit has two parking places with extra parking available by the pool area.

Beautiful condo!

Our family took our yearly beach trip to Atlantic Beach this year. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to the pool was great. The size of the pool was unexpectedly large and good for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

A great place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing at this condo. Place was very clean and ready to go for us when we arrived. Owners were very nice and were always prompt when we had a question. The area around the condo was really nice as well. Will definitely stay here again if we decide to vacation there again.

Beautiful Home

Another Beautiful Experience

Another wonderful trip to Atlantic Beach and staying at this beautiful condominium. This is the best location! Beds are comfortable; lots of couches for guests; plenty of kitchen supplies. Bonus is the elevator. Communication with owners were very responsive.

The place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. Beach access was super close by. Enjoyed our time at the pool as well. Overall, we had no issues with fhe place.

Family trip

We drove in from Ohio with our 2 young boys and had an amazing time. Ruth was wonderful and very helpful. The place was extremely clean and perfect for our trip. We enjoyed how close the beach was and the pool was amazing. Would 100%recommend this place.

Awesome place to stay! Listing was very accurate, town house was clean and well equipped - they even had beach chairs and a beach buggy we could use! The pool was nice as well and was bigger than a lot of places. We communicated directly with the owner and she was great! Location was perfect - close to everything you might want to do! We will definitely want to stay there again!

Awesome Townhouse

We absolutely loved pur stay at this rental townhouse! Its proximity to the beach was perfect, and the peacefulness of the area made it a truly relaxing getaway. Spacious townhouse close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is fully stocked with any cooking or cleaning supplies you may need. The layout is perfect for families with teens as they have their own floor to hang out on. The place was very clean and super convenient to restaurants, an arcade, the wheelhouse bar and the Dairy Queen. The beach access is right across the street and the rental comes with beach chairs and a beach cart. We will definitely be back!!

Great getaway with friends

Several former colleagues get together to catch up on life after the owner of our business that we all worked for died and we all lost our jobs. We loved the house and owner was amazing to work with. Had a few mechanical issues out of their control but they went over and above to be sure we were taken care of. Location to the pool is great and we would definitely return. Thanks for a lovely trip.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Very nice townhouse across the street from public beach access. Near the pool as well. Everything as described. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable beds!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely stay here again. Ruth is quick with communication, and home is well stocked with cooking supplies, oils, spices, and even beach chairs!!! You can't go wrong staying at Ruth & Tyrone's Home Away From Home!!!

Perfect off-season stay!

We had a family wedding at Crystal Coast Country Club, so this condo was the perfect location! Also close to great parking for the beach! (The pool was great too.) The condo was beautiful, and it was so nice having a bathroom for every bedroom. AND, let me tell you...as someone who had a knee replaced in May and the other knee getting replaced in a month, the elevator was a godsend! The owners, Ruth and Tyrone, were great and responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here if you're going to be in Atlantic Beach, NC!

Overall the house was clean and met my expectations. I was very disappointed that the patio was not able to be used. The furniture was all falling apart and other random items (old work out bench, exercise bike, more furniture, etc) were just thrown in the patio area. It felt like the patio was being used as a storage area or dumping area. I had to organize it so we had a path from the back door to the gate to get out. Plus the stone patio was broken and tripping hazard. The towels were not clean and we washed those after one use. The rest of the house was as advertised.
