This home is brand new, newly furnished, four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from single to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room. Located in Hillsboro village!



There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. In addition to the huge walk in shower, there’s a huge double vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town!



The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features comfortable bar stool seating!



We have a large flat screen TV in the living room.



Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy, from any of the tons of nearby restaurants.



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
