Evans Corner-A Libby Original

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that is just on the edge of town in Libby Montana. It is a quiet secluded neighborhood and backed on the J. Niels Park. It is a short drive to some great attractions such as the swinging bridge, Kootenai Falls and the Libby Dam. Lincoln
County is on the North boarder of Montana and boarders Canada and the West side boarders Idaho. Libby of less than 2,800 people is a town where you can come to relax and get away from a fast paced lifestyle.
The space
This is a cute (about 1,000 square feet) 2 bedroom 1 bath house that is a typical Libby house. We call it Evans Corner, even though it is not located on a corner. It is backed on to a nature park that has a frisbee golf course and baseball fields/fairgrounds. Enjoy a slower paced lifestyle in Libby Montana. There are deer that frequent the neighborhood/front yard.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to guests, some cabinets are locked for the use of the cleaner. The garage is available for things like skis, snowboards, or bicycles (please don’t bring them inside the actual house). There are two sheds in the backyard which are locked and not accessible.
Other things to note
30 minutes from the Kootani National Forest.

This house was as described ... but even better. It is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house is well maintained, spacious and welcoming. There was everything provided that we needed to be as comfortable as we are in our own home, every detail was considered and covered, even a lovely selection of family board games in a cupboard. It has a delightful and spacious back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and hope to be able to stay again if the house is available when visiting our friends in Libby. Communication with the host was exceptional. Thank you Tif :)

This is a perfect house for my family to stay at while visiting family up in Libby! Great accommodations for children and a welcoming home. Easy to access and it’s great there is a ramp up to the front door that is perfect for my aging family. The washer and dryer are so helpful especially with young kids, the lack of dishwasher and minimal cooking supplies is unfortunate, but we eat almost all our meals at the house. This is our second stay here and the hosts are always friendly and helpful. The house is clean and comfortable. Plan to stay again!

Nice place, clean. A lot of cameras on the property, I get it from a liability stand point but it seemed like a bit much in my opinion.

Clean, comfy, well equipped

This was a DARLING home. We especially appreciated how very clean it was and the super well-equipped kitchen. I couldn’t believe how open and efficient the floor plan was for the age of the home—remodeling had been done very well while keeping the original charm. It also had a wonderful office setup with great wifi and a huge desk. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
